Absolutely fantastic review. No fluff, got right to the point, and sold me. Thanks for your review.
Great review here sir. Much appreciate the detailed use review. Hard to find real people talking about the Certum in depth.
Thanks and I’m glad you found it helpful.
Great review. Thorough and no fluff. Thank you.
INCLUDING the Camming Bars instead of Claws sold me.
Great review
Thank you!
I have the same holster but for my Sig P365X Comp. I run with a Holosun EPS Carry green dot and it fits well. I love it for all of the reasons you you do. Good review.
Very interesting...helpful...and thorough review. Thanks much for posting. Sounds like a very good choice in concealment type holsters.
Thank you! It’s a great choice for sure
Great reviews! I've been looking for a new holster and your reviews cover my top five candidates betwee tenicor, tier1, and phlster.
Going to try the Certum3 first based on all your vids, subscribed to see what else you throw up on the channel, thanks!
Thank you! The Certum3 is a great choice and imo it’s the safest choice. It’s so versatile/adjustable, that I think it works great for almost everyone 🤙
Great content, no pop up _subscribe_ button nonsense or goofy sound bites or bell chiming sounds. .
Just direct discussion about the title of the video, you earned my like and a sub. Been thinking about getting a Tenicor holster for a while so I appreciate the info on this and the other I was looking at, Velo 4.
I’ve been using SlimFit holsters and don’t have any complaints but everyone who has one is on Reddit spreading the Tenicor gospel so I have no choice but to try one
Thanks for the follow! Tenicor makes my favorite holsters, I think you’ll love them.
Wow, nicely done.
I tried using their Velo, but the wedge was just not sitting right for me causing hot spots. I reached out to switch to this Certum and look forward to trying it out.
Thanks for sharing! Ya, the hard wedge can create hot spots for some people. I think you’ll love the Certum3. It’s Tenicor’s most versatile design.
Really really good
Just got the holster for my Glock 43 with tlr-6 light and the T1-DCC clips , the holster is amazing in every way and can’t imagine going back to any of my other holsters with foami clips , so besides making my finger bleed when taking my rig off at the end of the day , it’s a fabulous holster
Thanks for sharing your experience! The Certum3 is definitely a winner.
The dcc clips are the way to go. Your fingers will toughen up over time.😊
I absolutely love my Tenicor Velo4 appendix holster that I use for my Sig Sauer P365X and just placed an order for another Velo4 holster for my new Glock G43X! You definitely can't go wrong with Tenicor, give their Zero belt a try too, it's amazing!
I agree, Tenicor products rock! I appreciate you sharing your experience with Tenicor. It helps when we can all learn from each other👊.
@@tommygun4059 Glad to share my experiences and help others in their search for good quality gear! It's pretty much a guessing game when someone is first starting out and they have no idea what might work best for them. Knowledge is power and it's up to each of us to make the best informed decisions we can when it comes to spending our hard earned money!
@@scottamy6496 For sure! That’s why I started doing a few gear reviews, because I rely partly on reviews when picking out new gear, so I thought I’d pay-it-forward and share my experiences.
Will those clips work on a pair of gym shorts or with out a belt? Good video, very helpful content!
Thanks! Yes, the DCC clips will work without a belt. If you carry without a belt most of the time, you should check out the Enigma by Phlster. It’s a beltless carry system that most ppl seem to love using.
Mine has maybe an 1/8 inch of play suddenly after 3 months of use. Retention adjustment doesn’t help. This is on my Certum3 with a 1st gen M&P shield. Just ordered the same holster today for my 43x and hope this one is better.
Thanks for sharing and that sucks!
Did you contact Tenicor about the problem? I’ve found that they’re very helpful. I used the Certum3 for about a year and never had any issues, so hopefully this one works out better for you 🤙
I've removed even the thinnest camming bar on the Certum 3 when carrying at 4 o'clock. Easier to put on and take off the holster from rigid belt without camming bar. These DCC T1 clips are brutal on a 1.5 inch belt.
Thanks for the feedback. I used the shortest camming bar when carrying strong-side. I switched to appendix and needed to step it up one. I have heard that before, but so far none of my gun belts have more than real minor wear marks, hopefully it doesn’t tear them up in the long run.
Can you cant the gun forward if you have the camming bar on the holster? They appear to run into eachother.
Yes, eventually the closest clip hits the camming bar but you can run just one clip if you want more extreme cant. I wore it strong-side for a few months and the cant angle with both clips attached was about perfect for me, but YMMV.
How comfortable would this sit in the 2/3 o clock position? Prefer this to a 4 o clock carry... Also you ever use this with the snap loops?
I have never carried it at the 2 o’clock position, but I have carried it at the 1:30 & 3:30 positions and it was very comfortable for me. It’s pretty minimalistic by design and I think it should work well around the 2-3 o’clock positions.
I have never tried the loops but I know a lot of guys love them.
I have this for my p365x I’m buying one for my Glock 19 now
Nice! I have 3 Tenicor holsters and their Zero belt. I love Tenicor products
Do you have any experience with jmck? Trying to decide between the certum 3 and jmck
I have owned 2 JM Custom Kydex holsters and I prefer Tenicor. JMCK makes great holsters but the Certum3 is hard to beat and it’s very versatile! Personally, I would go with Tenicor but then again they do make my favorite holsters and belt.
@@tommygun4059 thanks for the reply Tommy. I went ahead and ordered the certum 3, can’t wait to try it out. Looking forward to more videos. Take care!
Really really good
