- This was at the DMV in Woodstock Illinois. Local police and state police were called cause I was exercising my rights. The Sgt threatened me with arrest, and state Police barred me from the entire state of Illinois.(which is extremely illegal)I went to the police department and filed a complaint with Deputy Chief Pritchard. This one is long, but very informative. Please watch to the end so you can get the full story.
I don't think security understands his tattoo. This was my first exposure to TTA. Well done. 🥂
Thanks alot 🙏 I really appreciate it wholeheartedly 🙏
Even when normal people join law enforcement for the supposed right reasons they’ll become tyrants real quick or they’ll have no upward mobility and can’t get promotions and they will ultimately be shunned by their peers and have to quit or they will be fired. They’ll need to lie on reports, lie on the stand, and most importantly, always put the “thin blue line” and their “brothers in blue” above all else! Then they start having more and more contempt for the constitution and citizenry they swore to protect as their uneducated, ignorant, arrogant, small minds become more and more inflated! A few bad apples? Does anyone really believe that? Seriously🤬. The hate in their eyes when questioned in any manner says it all. It’s a serious problem and has serious, negative implications for anybody that crosses their path and doesn’t bow down to their imagined authority. I’m not a “defund the police” moron or a BLM activist because we obviously don’t want to live in a society where the “law of the jungle” reigns supreme. We want criminals to have something to be afraid of and we need thieves, murderers, rapists, violent lunatics, etc to be locked up but why? Why? Why? Why can’t we have law enforcement officers that actually know the laws and don’t give meaningless directives while they simultaneously hope and pray to lock anyone up that doesn’t praise them and do as they say when they have zero authority or dominion over you unless your committing a crime? Unfortunately, no cop will ever read any of our comments because the “head in the sand” approach enables them to keep their fragile egos intact🤬
@@TTA42800 love you to bits. I put you on later because your voice is so soothing. Gently forcing your rights done brilliantly. Respect from Scotland
He is very sarcastic and provoking. I guarantee you their are normal ways to explain (not entice) why he is doing what he is doing. I have been watching several constitution rights channel and agree with the principle but after a while I notice they do this (mostly) to make money on CZcams the risk of embarrassing and humiliates
anyone he catches off guard.
Embarrassing so many uneducated police officers. 🤮
The liberty or death tattoo on the security guard's arm is so ironic
It’s refreshing watching law enforcement getting schooled about law. We need more of it 💯💪🏾
It's absolutely incredible how dumb these government officials are they think literally their feelings is what matters how they feel about things... Anyone who doesn't understand the basic concepts in rights should be immediately fired and not allowed to hold a position in government.
You're absolutely right
The security guard has a damn LIBERTY OR DEATH tattoo! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! This country is a joke. Seriously.
The one officer holding up that desk from collapsing as he ponder's life's mysteries is doing an excellent job wasting taxpayer money! It's insane how much back-up is required escalating a confrontation with a law-abiding citizen recording them. #Protect and Serve
"Liberty or Death" tattoo on his arm but can't even support the rights of the people.
I saw that as well. The hypocrisy at it's best!
It’s easier to talk the talk than walk the walk. People are more concerned with their image/reputation (talk the talk) than their integrity/character (walk the walk).
The Founders deemed it is We The Peoples' job to watch over our public servants.
I appreciate that you don't just say you're going to go down to the police station, and end the video. You actually go down and file complaints. Keep dropping the videos, I've learned so much about our rights!
Thanks alot for the support 🙏
Security guard needs to remove the word liberty from his arm. He doesn't know what liberty means.
The irony of the tattoo on the security guard.
Yes, but the real irony is the guard being a douchebag and living his entire life without realizing it.
lol he a cop cadet drop out bum…..stay in your lane security dude
That chess analogy toward the hour mark was great
If any personal information is being exposed to the public, it’s the public employee’s responsibility to make sure it’s kept confidential.
Shawn your an idiot, personal information should not be out there in the public, for everyone to see, with or without a camera. That is the go to reason when these public servants feel " uncomfortable ", if it's PUBLIC, you can film, it's called freedom of press in the constitution, and there shall be no law that overrides the constitution, it is the law of the land, get yourself educated before you comment on things, and if you're loving your information out in the public, that's great because apparently that's what they do at this DMV, what you witnessed in this video is LAW enforcement, enforcing FEELINGS, and the time they spent calling everyone to help get him trespassed, they could have read the constitution, and figuring out how to keep citizens information PRIVATE
@@lauriestrauch1056 You don't know what you're talking about 😮

Exactly. Eyes can’t be trespassed and anything your eyes can see, you can record. This is all law backed by the supreme courts.
Kind of hard to do when being filmed by some unemployed jackass who needs a new hobby
Security thinks he is police officer. Its frightening that security looks like real officers.
Look at this dude’s tattoo that says liberty or death. What a clown.
Hold them accountable.
Together WE are Strong.
👍❤🙏❤👍
The Dirty, corrupt, crooked and racist cops have a large army and they are thoroughly brain-washed but we use intelligence and recording camera's. #God Bless 🙏✝️🙏
The security guard has a damn LIBERTY OR DEATH tattoo! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!
crazy
NPC. Literally.
lol, I know right?! RIP
The real irony here is security guy has Liberty or Death tattoo on him yet doesn’t believe in freedom or rights 🤦♂️
No different than these dirty-corrupt cops driving around with the community safety slogan "Serve and Protect" on the decals of their cruisers and we all know that ain't the truth. #God Bless 🙏✝️🙏
They keep saying their not trying to step on anyone's right but that's actually what their doing
Yes, the Frauditor was stepping on EVERYONE'S rights in that DMV. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
51:32 I love how the same Sergeant comes out and wants you to explain your complaint that the Sergeant was just part of.
James, you are a HUGE JOKE!!!! Nobody is taking you seriously, INCLUDING your members! (Zero member comments!!!!)😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
They are being so passive aggressive...they HATE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
Capturing personal info is not against the law. It's what you do with that info, that could be illegal.
They're just trying to appease the workers there.
Every one of the officers needs to be taught the constitution and the laws regarding public photography.
You're absolutely right
they've been taught to protect their own witch coven that they're all a part of police and their gov't buidlings alike. and to crush others just like the Nazis did in the 40s.
I thought it was them that had to make sure that no one could get their information..
Yes, the onus is on the owner and the ones working there that's taking the information.
Unfortunately the only law 👀 that they understand is lawsuit which equals money 🤷🏿
The security guard with "liberty or death" tattooed on his forearm had me weak. I'm still laughing.
Well i guess his choice is death if there are only two choices haha
Such a cringey tattoo, you can tell he is empty between the ears
He is the result of failing the final police exam and sadly having too demote into security. He likes it though cause he's got a gun and 5-0 on speed-dial. #God Bless 🙏✝️🙏
There is “NO EXPECTANCY OF PRIVACY IN PUBLIC”
It’s not a crime to get people’s private information, it becomes a crime when you use their private information.
Yes well said
You were the most polite one there.. That was only the authorities breaking the law. They need to be prosecuted.
Definitely..thanks for the support 🙏
dude the first security guy had a "liberty or death" tattoo on his arm.... WTF....
it's KILLING me to look at it given his behavior
I saw that too. Came to the comments to mention it
I find it ironic the security guard has “Liberty or Death”.
The security guard has the phrase stamped on his forearm “liberty or death” yet still has no clue about this auditors right to liberty.
One thing besides our 1st amendment rights is that the DMV is responsible for protecting privacy.
Exactly
There's nothing protected in this country I mean when they can shut down our oil supply chain here in America we have big problems
Privacy? Really? All DMV INFORMATION is available to LEO AND DISPATCHERS.
Nobody in that PD has any idea what they're doing. Well, at least the police are consistent
That Communist State Police Officer should be BANNED out of USA & forced to live in North Korea 🇰🇵 😅😅😅
Liberty of death tattoo on the security guy. All while trying to take away someone else’s liberty
Just about to write that!! Good eye
To be criminally trespassed he has to have committed a crime in public. NOW SUE THE STATE, and the county. And they lose there qualified immunity.
I can’t be the only one who noticed the security guy’s tattoo!
“Liberty or Death” 😂
The sergeant’s tat, “we the people”.😂
They get paid way too much to not know the law
The police are a disgrace. Police nowadays don't want to be lectured by the lowly citizen who knows their rights. None of them care to listen about what you have to say, regardless if it is right. They just want you to listen, shut up and obey. Love what people like you do. Thank you.
“ People FEEL like you’re looking over their shoulder “ . Yes ma’am, exactly like your cameras are doing, and the cop’s cameras are doing.
Exactly
True patriot 🇺🇸
🤔If there truly are any worries about people's personal information, surely whoever made the choice of having an "open-plan-office", where that data is discussed and on show, made a VERY bad choice!?! 🤐😮😱
Especially considering cameras have existed for over 100 years.
LOL...That police Sargent has "We The People" tattooed on his left forearm yet he knows nothing about the First Amendment.
Way to go TTA!!! WoHo!! You're the bomb!! :) Evil always starts from the TOP! Gotta love their runarounds and continued refusal to provide complaint forms. They're all disgusting excuses of human beings.
Thanks alot for the support 🙏
That young security guard thinks he is just doing his job! He just needs to be educated!
Exactly
Super tyrannical cops! Thank you for standing up for all of our rights James!
My favorite park of the video was the wannabe cop with a badge and “liberty of freedom” tattoo. What a tool.
Only opened the comments to see if anyone had said this.. 😂 dude.. liberty could land on his face and begin dry humping and he wouldn’t know it. I cannot BELIEVE a security guard or a cop would even consider such a piece of body art. It’s almost a joke. Like “you know what would be hilarious bros?” 😂
Decades ago, when I went to the DMV in Illinois I watched many parents taking pictures and filming their kids getting their first licenses without ANY issues.
The guy has Liberty or death tattoo on his arm, WHAT A JOKE.
You beat me to it! LOL How sad they can be so hypocritical and double minded!
Shameful
The officers tattoo says liberty or death lol he doesn’t even know what liberty is
Security a clown. Has liberty or death tat, but he wants to violate constitutional rights.
I've been there three times. Only once we're the employees polite and helpful.
Twice they were rude and short with me and others.
Kudos to him for filming and standing up for our Rights!
His Liberty or Death tattoo is glaring in context.
The security guard has a tattoo that says, "Liberty or Death" as he tries to trample on people's Liberty.
8:21 Liberty or death lol The irony of the security guards tattoo liberty or death
Look at all the cameras on the ceiling 😂😂😂
Anyone else see the tatoo on the security guards arm? "Liberty or Death" guess he dont know what liberty is
The hypocritical irony.
Poor male! He can’t believe how educated James is! Way to go James!!!😊
Don't let the deputy chief distract you with all the Copsplaining
This deputy chief is gaslighting and it is not funny. It is disgusting.
@ShawnHawkins I don't know your meaning of the word gaslighting but I sure do know the correct meaning and this deputy chief is going around in circles with it. Check your dictionary.
@ShawnHawkins The Deputy Chief is coming up with every possible scenario and story totally against the first amendment of the Constitution, trying to say his officers were in the right when in reality he knew he or his officers were not following the law. His whole explanation was a joke.
If you are barred from the whole entire state, this can definitely be something that can be moved to congress.
Respectfully I love this guy‼️ (THIS GUY)
me too
LMAO That security guard trying to fit in acting so tough 😂
How can law enforcement STILL not know your rights?!?? They have to be aware of auditors 🤦🏽♂️
Shameful
The LAW says you can film “anything” you can see from a place you’re allowed to be, even personal information. If you can see public information from that place, which is all non restricted public spaces, including inside public buildings, it’s the fault of the entity holding the information. James is doing a great service, educating public servants on this common misconception.
Lol. His "Liberty or Death" but no one else's.
My man, this is a great concept. I’m out here in Chicago, Illinois and when you doing an audit, you need to remind law-enforcement and public workers what you doing is exactly on the civil service exam test if they pass the test, they would’ve known that you have a right to take pictures and film in public
Great point! 👍
The internal struggle these officers go through trying to process what's happening is mind boggling. They cannot even fathom honouring their oaths 🤯
lots of time these cops are children of cops that never have honored their oaths, they won't, and their kids won't honor their oaths either. it's just a long tradition of dishonesty.
@@edwardjames6070 yea too true. and tradition is just peer pressure from the dead. crazy how they still fall into it
Yes and you can tell their only motivation was to make you leave or arrest you, they never called anyone that knows the actual law, ( cause that would mean they would have to learn something), the only thing they wanted was to trespass you from a building you help pay for and committed no crime
Even when normal people join law enforcement for the supposed right reasons they’ll become tyrants real quick or they’ll have no upward mobility and can’t get promotions and they will ultimately be shunned by their peers and have to quit or they will be fired. Time to get #longislandaudit in here. ATTENTION ALL FIRST AMENDMENT AUDITORS: YOU HAVE A MISSION!! CONVERGE ON THIS CITY AND PROTEST PROTEST PROTEST!!!!!
Carol was nice she was helpful
That Security at DMV should know his rights.
That last police at the end is cool & a new learner..
Educate them James 💯💯💯💯💯
They way they refer to citizens as “customers” says everything you need to know…
that "liberty or DEATH" tattoo tho LMAO what a clown.
Right lmao
He clearly doesn't understand the contradiction between his tattoo and his actions.
The officers have it completely wrong regarding public forum. For example, going into the DMV to stage a protest with signs and marches is different than simply going in and exercising your right to film public officials in the course of their duties.
Liberty or Death tattoo whilst you infringe on someone's liberty
I'm with operation Barnabas we are combat vet's that make our vets hole again we role in big circles we all x military 🎖️ soldiers I speak for all of us thank you guys very very much for what u r doing to upholding our constitution from the hearts of all military personnel we salute you God bless
There is no expectation of privacy in public.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is how far we have gone down the road of no rights at all
That kid has a "Liberty or Death" tattoo while trying to deny you your liberties. oh the irony
I love when the deputy says "we won". It proves they think it's a war on the ignorant public people that sadly don't know their rights. The ignorance in this department obviously starts at John Lee on down.
These cops are not very smart 😒...
What's the difference between staring at stuff in public view and filming with assurances there is no ill intent? Unbelievable. So much for 'law' enforcement.
Because law shouldn't be enforced it should only be protected when broken. They need to do away with the tyrant tittle "law enforcement "
No one can guarantee that their camera won’t capture private information. It’s impossible. It doesn’t matter if he says he has no ill intentions. He’s moving that camera in every direction without any discretion. With today’s 4k camera resolutions it’s very easy to get bits of information from these videos by pausing and zooming, and gather sensitive information. And believe me people are doing this. It’s similar to people that video record while driving. All anyone needs is to see a couple of landmarks at most and the driver can be tracked for hours or days. It happens all the time. So the only way to guarantee that people don’t capture private information is to ban the use of cameras in certain areas. Some people are always saying, “if you want privacy you have to create it”. Well that’s exactly what the Secretary of State did. Btw, I just checked, and of course he uploaded this video in 4k. And lastly, he says it’s diametrically opposed to the constitution. I guess he doesn’t know about the 10th amendment which allows states to make laws. If the state’s laws were diametrically opposed to the constitution, the federal government would force the state to overturn them. Btw, he has been trespassed before. The video of it is on this channel. He lied.
@@TheSteveSteele THere's no expectation of privacy in a public forum. If his eyes can see it then he is able to record. Tell the person standing behind you to stop looking in your pocket because they MIGHT be able to see your debit card pin and "record" the numbers in their mind. That's how you sound right now.
The onus is on the public employees to safeguard privacy, not on private citizens to avoid publicly accessible areas. Learn the law.
this is one dept that needs a huge MASS audit...everywhere
The security guard has a "Liberty or death" tattoo. The absolute nerve.
Statutes and policies are NOT LAWS that over rule the Constitutionto exercise our right to record in public.
That guard has a Liberty or Death tattoo on his arm. 🤣
“I like to play a game too, it’s called Chess” 😂😂😂
That shit was beautiful!
Time stamp
Wonderful. And plays very well
It's funny how Anthony, the security guard on site here, had "Liberty or Death" tattooed on his forearm, yet he wanted to violate your rights...
Barred you from the entire State of Illinois? That is ridiculous! They are not allowed to do this! There is no expectation of privacy in public. Take this one to court brother!
I do believe he is going to be the next Phillip turner
Definitely gonna go to court about this one..thanks for the support 🙏
Not Sgt, returning to the police department to take his own complaint, asking what the complaint is in reference to as if he does not already know
did anyone else notice that the security guard has a tattoo that says "Liberty or death"? @7:24
and then the officer at 52:32 has a tattoo that says "we the people" lmao. these guys just get the tattoos because they think it's cool
That female officer is a PROBLEM. Man her attitude and arrogance is palpable. She should not be a cop.
A lot of female cops are like this sadly.
No females should be cops/deputies.
the young Nazi with the liberty or death tat...is an extreme example of suppression.
And the usual excuse of: "just doing his job."
That’s funny how that security guard has a “liberty or death” tattoo on his arm, yet he’s violating your liberty! So he might as well die since those are his two choices.
“They Red Bottoms, You ever heard of em”? - instant thumbs up lol
🤣🤣
Security leading the attack! He looks like he always wanted to be a cop.
Operational directives are internal policies or guidelines that dictate procedures and practices within an organization. They are intended to guide the actions of employees (state and federal). Operational directives are not laws! If an operational directive violates established laws or constitutional rights, an arrest would be dismissed by the court.
The dumb security guard literally has liberty tattooed on his arm 🤦🤦 just goes to show most these military dudes don't evn know what their fighting for
Policy is not law
WOW... THEY ARE GOING IN CIRCLES, TRYING TO GET YOU TO LEAVE AND VIOLATE YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS... EXCELLENT JOB JAMES❤
Thanks
In there is a LIMITED PUBLIC FORUM....
RESTRICTED by TIME (during business hours)
PLACE (any place the public is allowed the press is allowed)
MANNER ( Not disrupting business).
Great comment.
Brother I got to see updates I'm learning as we go about our rights appreciate you fam much love ❤
They rarely do updates. Their lawsuits go nowhere.
I know you get excited about future Part 2's but it isn't happening! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
While upholding your rights staying calm and respectful well done James. See it all the way through and show us your video when you go back.
This video ought to be shared with "That Surprise Witness." I follow her channel and she does wonderful work reviewing videos like this and provides her commentary in support of the auditors. She has reviewed several Long Island Audit videos.
Let's all send this to her. I think she would be interested in reviewing this one, especially after what utter nonsense I heard these officers say regarding a so-called Case Law regarding the private level of DMV facilities in Illinois.
