- • First Amendment Audit.... 👈this is the link to the original video.. I went into the North Chicago Health Department,and 2 employees took video and photos of me with their personal phones. Sgt. Hartman told me the ladies names were Salena,and Maria. That was a bold face LIE.. The police or the health department provided me fake names,in an attempt to block my FOIA request from being granted,ultimately not allowing me to request the materials that I have a right to.(HUGE VIOLATION) Now I’m filling out an additional FOIA with the health department,and I’m requesting the cops body cam and dash cam footage from that day!! This is looking like a classic case of conspiracy to deny a citizen’s rights.. The Sgt. was trying to get you to file a complaint first, so they could deny you access to the body cam videos, stating that it was under investigation, and you would only get the redacted video probably hold you up for five years or longer . So don’t ever tell them you want to file or think about filing a complaint till after you receive the body cam footage first … Thanks for holding them accountable and for transparency. Great job ..

After you do the complaint: they'll investigate themselves and find that there was no wrongdoing...
It's still important to file them. Remember what James said about how the complaints effect the insurance on cops and their labor union and reflects poorly on the department.

They weren't under investigation of a crime, in the blueshitstain's mindset anything goes when it comes to getting one of the people to stop exercising annoying unalienable birthrights
You can tell by their reaction that whatever Sgt Roberts did is no big deal to those guys, it’s just Standard Operating Procedure for them to lie and be deceitful, and do whatever they want, and cover each other’s backs. The only way to bring change to those tyrants is to attack them at the root, to cost them Huge amounts of money (not money for yourself, but whatever chops away at their budget), “the axe is laid unto the root.”
Legal expenses can be very costly, string it out for as long as you can.
You should also ask for the police report that the 3 striped, junior working supervisor alluded too. Compare that report to what actually happened on that day. Could be very interesting and damning.
I'd like to see an auditor ask a government employee to see they're government ID. Maybe look up they're rules for presenting them. I'm a new sub. I like your style, thank you for the hard work.

I understand it's humbling for these cops to provide the information and evidence for potential foul play but only in regards to their pride. They literally signed up to be Rights Protectors, not Law Enforcement. The officers dragging their feet to provide assistance in true justice is abhorrent. I pray we audit and watch the watchers tirelessly. I pray we are all able to continue to improve things.

That security guard at the beginning is a prime example of masks not doing what they claim. How many times did he adjust a non fitting mask while bitching about someone not wearing one. He touched that mask so many times you could probably plant seeds in all the dirt.
The manager wanted no parts, gave that name up knowing they’d probably fire her and she wanted to deny providing it ON camera and in writing.

If you want to get who they are specifically so you can hold them accountable you could always put in a request for a list of all employees and all employee ID pictures. You could figure out who she is that way
They break the law thinking you don’t know how to follow up, or that you just won’t.
