Stu Hart actually went for the deal, which according to Ross Hart, was for $1,000,000.00 (not sure if US or Canadian) of which Vince paid $50,000.00. The deal fell through because the Hart's were not supposed to run another promotion. Bruce Hart decided to relaunch Stampede Wrestling on his own and that made the deal null and void.

I never got to experience The AWA only AWA I ever seen was on ESPN Classics cause I was born in 86 however it was a decent promotion but it was at it's best in the 70's early 80's. Also The Legacy Of The AWA released back in 2006 by WWE was great. Greg seems like a common sense guy I'm glad he told Stephanie off. Kevin Dunn seems like an ass.

Vince has always steals talent from other places with fake promises because he doesn't and never did know how to create stars because his company is a Joke!!
