    What do you think about ashwagandha or turkestorone?

    • @biohackingformen
      @biohackingformen  Před měsícem +1

      Turkesterone(Ecdysterone) is modulating ER(estrogen recpetors) and working with clients I have not seen testosterone increase but I have seen guys increasing their Estradiol what is not good.......Ashwagandha - if guys are more serotogenic I will not recommend it, it can increase serotonin and serotonin increases prolactin.....when I was taking Ashwagandha I had anhedonia so I stopped and it took me few months using dopamine supplements to get back my drive and motivation

    Amazing teacher .. my shbg is 14nmol/l so free t is at 3.30 %. Is this something I should be concerned about? Shbg slightly below normal range

    • @biohackingformen
      @biohackingformen  Před 2 dny

      Around 3% is good or normal, how much is free T? Do you know also DHT? When SHBG is lower it means that Testosterone is metabolized more quickly from the body, but I wouldn't say your number is bad, definitely on the lower side

      @@biohackingformen thank you for the help. Free T is 1.63nmol/l... Total t is 48nmol/l.. shbg is actually 16.. obviously on trt. I don't know dht? Probably get a more in depth blood work done soon. I'm done with living less than optimal. As we know optimal health reduces big pharma profits

    • @biohackingformen
      @biohackingformen  Před měsícem +1

      Prolactin and SHBG can be high because of several reasons, therefore I ask my coaching clients several questions …..yes oats will increase, high serotonin will increase and also weed, too much alcohol and some antipdychotic drugs
