I really love the way she explains, her voice is also very soothing/relaxing :) I keep on watching.
Isn't there a more updated version of these tutorials? They are two years old and in the meantime, a lot of things have changed!!!

The hide title button no longer appears to be working with this theme.
Following along step-by-step for the first two videos. 30 seconds into this one, and I have to drop out. I wasn't starting from scratch. I've tried following several of these CZcams Elementor tutorials but things change so fast, they are really worthless now. In this one, there are zero 'Hello" pages in my whatever you call it. All are from a previous template that I downloaded from watching another outdated Elementor video. Day 3 of trying to build a website. Day 3 of not getting anywhere after completely wasting my time. Back in the 90's, I taught myself html and built a web site with over 100 pages. Fillable forms, radio buttons, videos...everything I wanted and needed. Maybe tomorrow will be the day I finally don't completely waste my time.
some themes conflicts with others ,the same happened with me ,
delete the database from phpmyadmin and create a new one with a different name i REINSTALL wordpress from scratch and follow along .
if you are using xammp or wamp its very easy to do it and does not take more than 5 minutes .
This is an excellent series of tutorials, professionally organized and presented, the instructions are easy to follow and clear, at the end of the tutorials you indeed have a great understanding of how to use Elementor, which is and amazing tools, Thank you very much Aviva!

My content box is layout to the left and does not covers the whole page. How can I expand it to be the same size as the page?
Well just getting started, but when in this lesson I try to load a template they all require and upgrade to Pro, why ?, I thought several templates were free

All instructions are easy to follow and great value. However, I have a iMac with a trackpad but the Delete choice in the right click on the columns does not appear in the drop-down menu of the column
Hi Bill, thank you for your feedback. You can also use the Delete (not Backspace) key on your keyboard to delete a selected column. If your keyboard does not have a Delete key, you can hold down fn (function) key while you hit the Backspace key.
When I make a new section, how comes it overlaps with my Header? This is really annoying. How do I drag it down a little bit so the first section is in a lower position?

It seems like it will be a great help, but unfortunately things have changed since it was made and so it needs updating.
How do I change the background colour of the Editor Panel to grey and white please, as per the panel in the vid? Mine has defaulted to red - difficult to read/edit the various fields/parameters. I've paid for the Strollik theme and I've installed a couple of their demo sites, but I can't find the Editor Colour Background setting. Can you point me to it please? I don't think I should have to pay to upgrade to pro in order to contact support, in order change a such a fundamental user setting.

Selected the 'Blocks' tab based on the tutorial, and am not getting any options; instead, I am getting the 'Haven't Saved Templates Yet' message, which I also get when clicking the 'My Templates' tab. A possible bug? Thanks!

@@thepurpleufo Thanks for the reply. I did rewatch that section (thanks), but I am still having the issue where I do not have blocks as options. I do have page options when clicking the 'Pages' tab, but no block options. I also made sure that I was connected to the Template library, but that didn't work either. Thanks!
@@MarkLetalien Mark...sorry to hear that the problem persists. Here's one other idea: Go to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > General > Sync Library...and click the "Sync Library" button...then Save Changes and see if that helps.

Hi. At 2.17 in this video you show how to access the toolbar at the bottom and then access the page settings via that. I don’t have that toolbar displayed anywhere! Can you help me find it?

wow everything has changed, my Elementor has no menu no hamburger and so many other changes. your add on's are now all pro and not free. but ill keep on trying to learn it.
if you update your training I would love to finish it up as I like Elementor and you Aviva I really like your attitude and your clear voice
Hi Relaxing, are you using the Hello theme together with Elementor? The menu and hamburger should still be in the same place, unless you've activated the top bar, which is an _alpha experiment_ . To deactivate it, from the WordPress dashboard go to Elementor > Settings > Features, and set Editor Top Bar to Inactive. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
Elementor addons are third party plugins, offered and supported by independant companies. Elementor and Elementor Pro are the official Elementor plugins, and this course requires only Elementor (free).

Elementor doesn't want to load up for me. The bar slowly moves along until it gets all the way to the right and then nothing happens, although approximately 3/4 of the way across, a pop up appears saying

Now as far as I know, I have no safe mode.....Anyway, I click Enable Safe Mode from the pop up and a further pop up tells me that an error occurred.

How can I watch the videos in Spanish?
No way, only Eng it seems. But there is an option. U can do the same things as in a video. And that's how u could be taught too.
Just one overall complaint: Even though this is promoted as a beginner's course, I still get lost; I back up the video to review what I thought was being said, and very often still no clarification. I'm quite proficient in programs such as Photoshop Advanced, but this seems to be a whole different psychology. Maybe the teacher moves the cursor too fast without fully explaining what's going on at each step along the way? Maybe my screen often doesn't match your demo screen and I can't back the video up enough to find the point when I became lost? At any rate, since I plan to post a writing blog containing, eventually, a completed book, I need more assurance that I'm doing okay setting up this "basic" page. I assure you, I'm not stupid; maybe I'm just more right-brained than the average web designer and need distinct visuals every step of the way. Could you create - or recommend - a tutorial that plays to right-brained mindsets? Maybe get some advice from right-brained people who can translate the information? Honestly, I'm desperate for a basically non-tech tutorial toward setting up an even more basic website. Thank you for plowing through my comment. Shanti.
It goes a little fast for me, I cant see her mouse or where she's clicking. These should use a low vision mouse pointer.

I don't get it, everythign seems to be the PRO option, nothing is free to experiment with. Am i being thick?
where to find inner section
@anisuzzamananis9243 thanks for your question. Sections and Inner Sections have been replaced with Containers. However, you can still revert to Sections, if you prefer. Please see these videos for more information:

These are great, but my vision is poor, I have a hard time seeing my own mouse, cant see yours at all, I have no idea what you're clicking on and it's hard to follow based on your speech, I'm having to watch these many times and keep pausing. A high contrast oversize mouse would help. My second day and I'm only on the 3rd video.
Hi Jeff, thank you for sharing your experiences with us, and I'm sorry for your frustration. Our newer tutorials do use an enlarged cursor, so I hope these will be of more help to you. Displaying a more visible cursor is somewhat of a challenge, because first of all, we don't want to overlap on too much content below. Second, using a contrasting color will only be contrasting in certain areas because the contrast will change depending on what's below the cursor.

When I toggle "Hide Title" to "yes" the title stays ????

On installing your software the menu appears on the home page of my new website but not on every page at the top, where it should be. You don't allow the menu widget to be used unless I upgrade to your pro version - I'm about to dump this nonsense and proceed with the old-fashioned do-it-yourself ideology!
@scotwed, if you click on the gear icon ⛭ (Settings) on any Elementor page in the Elementor Editor, and select "Elementor Full Width" for the Page Layout, you should see your Header. To do this for your whole website, instead of page by page, you can go Site Settings > Layout, and switch the Default Page Layout to "Elementor Full Width."
Why on earth you don't explain things correctly? Or, if you made changes, you don't update these videos! Pages created this way can not be edited with Elementor.
Can you explain your issue with creating and editing pages in Elementor @AilianAD? You can still create and edit pages the same way as in these videos.
