Good to see ya around! For Geddon I would play UW and just slam 4 dust 4 revoke for very easy games. I like sgo/mystic versions because bird tokens shore up a lot of weird matchups like terror and ponza
Have you considered Deem Unworthy as a catchall removal spell? Seems right up Familiars alley. Hit everything with a single spell for cheap, much less need for specific answers when you have access to something that always does the job.
It seems pretty expensive to me. Are you thinking of something else?

I think its correct to play minimal cantrips since the format is so fast now but man does it make the format feel more luck. Most games/matches seemed determined by who drew better, particularly with regards to making the first 4-5 land drops. I miss when every blue pauper deck could play 4 preordain before DMU.
Yeah whenever I cut all my preordains I feel so bad
Was curious how would maybe change the shell a bit for a more control meta than aggro? Our locals is more grixis aff, jeksai eph, and a bit of ponza but barely any aggro. So was thinking cutting sea gate to 3 and muldriffer to 4, i like the idea of pyro for the board matches in control
that seems ok. In a control meta the best version is tma with da i think

thanks for the content. I was wondering why you went for the brainstorm + mystic + meeting version. Is it just to play something different or do you expect it to perform better in the new meta game? The birds could be great for grinding, and in particular block the new 2/1 flying creatures quite well, but maybe you have other thoughts.
Now that I am thinking of it, brainstorm is probably a choice based on the new fetch lands.
well i was really just trying to use brainstorm because of all the fetches and lorien but i don't think its that much better
