Hey man, I'm sure you already know this but just in case you don't, you can have an authorized mill teacher come out for a day or two to teach you how to use machine. I did it a few times at the sheet metal shop I worked at and it was really cool because the guy was really knowledgeable and he would focus on aspects that I wanted to learn and what would help me do my job the best. I'm sure your utilizing all of your time to learn everything you can about the machine but sometimes it helps to have someone there to give you tips ans tricks. It helped me a lot. Good luck brother
