You got this brother me training Planche for 1 Year and 9 Months about to achieve Straddle Planche from Frog Planche, I know for sure that I will achieve it I just don't have to give up. You too as well Gornobaneca keep training my bro!

This was interesting to watch: To try to predict how successful they would be by their appearance. But what we really need? Is the height/weight of each. Some calisthenics stars are surprisingly short and this gives them huge advantages. I'm guessing most here are about 5'7"?
Why always bitching ? bring all the skinny and small guys you know, and make them fucking try to maltese dude... When its about lifting weights, nobody find an excuse, and when it refers to streetworkout.. omg.. All those men dedicated a long time to achieve maltese, trough pain and suffer. The problem is, that when a "tall" athlete have a minor injury, pain or something like that.. They blame everything on their fucking height, weight.. I know some people that are 6.0, daniels laizans is a world champion wtf ?? AND FUCKING BASTARD you are not born with the same muscle as a small guy ??? ok lever weight and all, but something they didnt teach you in physics, its the fucking resistance, the thickness. And this, a 6.0 dude compared to a 5.4 dude are definetly not the same. The only, the only and one thing could be that food, restaurant and all, they maybe not serve enough food to tall people, making them take an habit of eating less that they probably could eat. Longer a muscle is, the more will be Calcium ATP connection, so the more power your muscle will deliverate.
