Something Perfect to Build for Summer

- The time to be outside is approaching for those that endure cold winters. Us Floridians might be considering staying inside soon because of the intense heat that summer brings, but it is still the time for swimming and barbeques, and boating among other fun stuff. If you're planning on having folks over to spend time in the yard, a picnic table is the classic place to take it easy and hang out with friends and family. And if your going to get out on the water, a classic, simple way to do it is by kayak. Pelican is going to help kick off the season by giving away some kayaks, sups and outdoor accessories. I'll share the link as soon as it goes live. Hopefully in the meantime you're already set up to go paddling and the weather where you are is wonderful. I watch a lot of my youtube videos in 1.5-1.75x speed just so I can get through all of the ones I want to, but I knew instantly to turn yours back to normal speed. You've always had some of the best edited timelapse work projects on my subscription list. Really nice work, great video.

Lol Marty. I was like I know he is really good but he can't be THAT good... just randomly cutting boards by eyeballing.... and then I saw you measured and drew lines ahead of time.
I recently overhauled my 300 gal aquarium and to support things and for other things I was using 2x6 and 2x4s. I managed to crack every single 2x4 while screwing things in.
Are you pre-drilling because you do not want to crack lumber or are you pre-drilling so screws go on smoother? In my experience 2x6s never cracked on me over the years but 2x4s do.
Hey Marty I agree with some of the others. I’d love to see a full tour of your homestead and trailer. Is it on the property of your former business?

The only thing about the jet engine is it tasks so much to get it going and warm up then it is very very noisy for not as much HP as you would think and it takes forever to get there

LoL I swear sometimes I think you've got a laser eye Marty cuz you just wing it on some projects and they come out just right....though I feel there was some off camera prep to this project.

You had to sell the boat to get material to build a picnic table and you forgot to get the lumber stretcher. Had a friend of mine looking for the steel stretcher in the top drawer of my toolbox for ten minutes
