I was legit just about to post this
I have a client with 17 cars, 12 new and classic ferraris and recruited a specialty ferrari mechanic full time from the best ferrari dealership in scottsdale, az. Anyways, cars are depreciating assets in the eyes of the irs so taxes on the gains are tax free. He sells about 2 to 4 a year and the profit from one easily offsets the salary he pays him. It all makes sense for Stradman based on how often he buys and sells the cars too.
