As a man in my 50’s, I can tell you that trying to find a woman willing to submit to her man is really really tough….I’m still single and I stopped looking

Wait,,, it’s Gods institution for a man and man to get married ??
Modern secular marriage to the state It’s 100 risk for men. With no benefits for men.
There’s not one benefit. There’s not one reason to get a state certificate of marriage.
I’ve checked. There’s no state certificate in the Bible

@@joshmart9931 you figured it out way earlier than I did. Now I figure if God has a woman for me, there’s no way I couldn’t find her. If it happens it happens, but I’m not gonna settle for anything other than, what NOW is known as a “trad wife”….traditional God fearing, husband-submitting wife….unless a guy can find a Godfearing widow, there’s not much hope for men anymore…..still waiting and keeping Jesus the focus…..No wonder groups of men formed what’s known as MGTOW, men going their own way ….it’s a problem, a breakdown of the Family

      This guy deletes my comments.
We learn by debate and discussion. The truth does not changes points that are legitimate.
If I’m wrong he should make me look like a fool or easily correct me.
Or. I speak truth and it goes against his ego driven narrative.
You should get your passport brother

@@Jericho-xs3ju passport, I hear you….I would be traveling if my health was better……Lord willing this cyst on my brain will dry up, or maybe Doctors get it removed…
I thought I submitted a comment earlier and I see it wasn’t posted, so I either messed up my post (it happens) or it was deleted.

as a christian who has been a christian for over 40 years who started attending church as a teenager i have always heard , " if your looking for a christian woman then look in the church . " i have never gone to church seeking a mate but after encountering to many miserable stuck up women at church i have lost any desire to live a life with someone who brings me down while living for god

I'm in my 50s and was married 11 years before divorce. I'm all for people getting married if they're emotionally stable. I didn't listen to God in my youth as a Christian and dated unsaved women hoping I could convert them. It never happened, even with my now ex-wife. Maybe I didn't think I was good enough for stable Christian women or whatever. So I wasted all those years. Now in my middle age I am afraid to marry again because of personal insecurities and don't wanna risk failure again, even with a Christian woman. I made my own bed, so to speak, and now I realize all the time I wasted seeking wrong relationships because I was a lonely young man.

I don’t understand , most ministries I have listened to if they touch on this subject at all have absolutely no problem promoting remaining single!? It seems like a double confusing message being preached.

Jesus’ disciples drew the conclusion that it’d be better to remain single, but Jesus also said to them, not all can receive this command(or gift not sure on specific words atm)

Were not the founding fathers the disciples of Rousseau? Doas the rugged individualisam and the self-made man come from there? An honest question?

Why should they when so many women are agreeable to just living together? Get all the benefits without the commitment. What a deal for the man!

Being that a majority of the initiators for divorce are women, relatively 80%, it serves as no surprise. Jesus will never fail me, however.

maybe the reason people don't depend on god is because like myself you can't depend on other christians or churches. i have yet to meet 1 after 40 years

I will disagree with this. Young Christian men fear marriage because 1) pornography has been in their past or present and has consumed them 2) they’ve seen their fathers divorce their mothers and how it destroyed them 3) some feel it is impossible to get a Christian woman these days 4) this one tied into what you talked about, being a bachelor looks “fun” till you die alone without a family. It’s a real messed up situation and I absolutely hate it.
