Thank you so much! Easy-peasy. For the extension cord clip, slide its circular loop onto the bar of the lower handle _before_ inserting the lower handle into the holes and attaching the upper handle. Then it will just hang down and you can clip the extension cord to it. I figured it out after I had already assembled the handles. 😄

The power cord retainer slides on from the bottom of the handle before you screw the handle down
