- Practicing Gore again lol. I made some bad plays but Gore didn't do his charge attack much and got tripped a lot so new pb :). I've had better runs but stopping the limp can be tough.
Finally got a Tenderizer +6 ooo and have a couple of new sets I want to try with that so back to farming :D

At 1:25 I didn’t know if I was going to get the trip and used absolute readiness to get away, ooof!

Caolan Berg you’re at this point definitely more the gore expert than me lol 😂 i’m probably just gonnna stick to ls and guard point all if that. his roars are not fun to i-frame

It’s probably possible, but lining up perfect play, amazing rng from Gore like I had in this run, and actually stopping the limp would take a really long time for me, probably not worth it lol. I’ve played better but Gore usually charges and flies a lot more which wastes a lot of time
Nice run man! I wanna ask tho, what determines whether you use striker or alchemy in a run? iirc, the only difference between the 2 is that alchemy gets to keep the double slash
MisterNinja Pretty much, and striker can keep using the vertical attack. So alchemy is better damage for easy to hit weak points but striker is better for precision. Most monsters you wanna go for the head and striker usually does that better so it gets used more
bruh I'm sure if you use the clutch claw to wound the legs you can do sub3
But seriously, maybe skipping all non-Hunter's Drink buffs is better? It takes quite a while to set everything up and the attack gain from Might Seed and Mega Demondrug is super tiny.
Deaga Mayyyyybeee. I like to think the extra attack somehow helps me get an extra trip at some point in the fight but I dunno I’m too lazy to crunch numbers 😂 I could definitely try without! I would love to see Gore in HD. Wish that was the update instead of Alatreon 😆

Haha yeah it just wrecks Gore so bad. Usually valor is a bit better for trips but I couldn’t seem to consistently hit the same leg with the explosions. Maybe some super pro could get sub 3 with that. Gore is really fun with SA though ☺️

Why do some runners use Eldefrost instead of the usual Ahtal ka weapons? Gore isnt even weak to ice so what am I missing?
Elderfrost weapons have an obscene amount of raw, 370-380 depending on the weapon type, so they're really strong even on monsters not weak to ice. The only downside is Sharpness +2 is mandatory bc otherwise you're stuck with green sharpness
