  • According to Harvard researchers, doing more push-ups could help reduce the risk of heart disease. They found that men who could do 40 or more push-ups had a 96% risk reduction for all heart-related conditions compared to men that could do 10 or fewer.

    You have some really great info.
    Like being able to do body weight exercises daily unlike heavy weights.
    I really appreciate starting where you are and working gradually to increase strength.

      Bro im overweigjt teenager, i couldnt do 1 strict pushup after 2 weeks of consistemcy i can do 5
