Nice post, very Australian. Not only did you manage to use wattle seed as a flavour descriptor for an american beer (which for a brown ale I knew exactly what you meant!) but you started with a very Australian political lament and a nod to the Firies. While the international crowd may be a bit confused by your intro, as a fellow Aussie, I completely understand the exasperation :( Sounds like you got a killer selection of beers on tap for the break, the ginger burn on the mead will likely age out shortly. Enjoy all the frivolity of Xmas eve and xmas hosting. See you in the next decade!

@@StassBrewing they were just up the road from me yesterday they finally put them out
3 cracking looking brews by the sounds of it won't last long, I've just done well doing my 1st mead a rhubarb mead. All the best for Xmas and new year, hope everyone is safe around you .
