I also think it would be a nice piece of wearable jewelry such as a brooch. This is very elegante. Maybe pearls would be nice also

Me watching you adjust the rhinestones...Nooooo! They’re no longer smoothly flowing. You making small adjustments...and me once again...Oh, thank goodness, whew! A veritable mosaic action thriller. :) Thoroughly enjoy your videos, thank you.
🤣🤣🤣 Thankyou very much, so funny. 🤣 it can be a bit like that for me as well because sometimes it’s hard filming and you can’t see it properly. 😊

Your vids are fab and so uplifting. :-)
Thankyou very much, appreciate that a lot. :)
That is beautiful but I don’t think my hands would be steady enough ❤️❤️❤️
Thankyou so much, yes steady hands are required for this piece but you can still create something thats not as intricate for a shadow box. :)
Peter I love that you are so humble and make it point to respond to each comment without fail 😍. And hats off to your patience in affixing the rhinestones 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Aww Thankyou very much Rupa, appreciate that, l just think that if you take the time to watch and comment then l can at least acknowledge it. ❤️ The rhinestones can have their moments. 🤣🤣🤣
🤝🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Beautiful piece Peter and thank you for your tutorial. I did a horse for my granddaughter which I was really happy with but I love your use of the chain. It gives bling but also a defined shape.
Thankyou very much Beryl, yes I love using the chain its quite versatile.:)
Very pretty! Gives me ideas. Thank you! Would you mind sharing where you get your mosaic supplies?
Thankyou. I don’t have any one place where l buy items l tend to think of what l need and shop from there. A few places are Oz mosaics, The mosaic store, Mosaico, Merlin Mosaica, 19 mosaics, Smalti Australia, etc, these ones have online stores. l also look out for things l can use that don’t necessarily come from a mosaic store. 😊
❤❤❤
This is lovely! Can’t wait to make it. I haven’t seen the rhinestone rope. Where can we get it? And please share info what the background piano music is. Love it!
Thankyou very much Vicki, The rhinestone chain is readily available, just have a Google to find your nearest online retailer. Look for a quality one. The music is called Streets Of Florence by artist Patrick Ussher, I loved it also, I search everywhere to find good music that I think suits, and pay the appropriate royalties to use it, thankyou for noticing. :)
Thanks for the video Peter. I’m just wondering what the difference is between Mac glue and Prep?
Thankyou. I have made two seperate videos on both of them, they will tell you the difference. 😊
Love your work Peter, thanks or sharing! I'm looking for Mac glue, found it only on Etsy, but they charge over $40 for shipping. All other stores are sold out. May I ask where you buy yours from? Cheers, greetings from WA
Thankyou very much Brigitte, appreciate that. You can buy Mac Glue online from ozmosaics.com.au in QLD but I think they are out of stock you may need to ask them when they will be restocking it. :)
@@TreasuryRoad Thank you Peter!
I found some lovely rhinestone chain so my question is, what size are you using? What I found is 2.0mm up to 4.4mm.
Good question I have no idea what size I used but it wont matter anyway just use whichever suits the project you're making, its really there to give the piece and edge but I would think the 4.4mm would be my choice. :)
Thanks! Sometimes we need someone to point out the obvious..lol. I have a really small frame and I think 3 or 4 would do it.
@@marybethhile167 LOL Sometimes when doing something new its good just to get a second opinion. :)
Hi Peter, can we use Welbond instead of Mac glue?
Hi Mozhdeh. Depends on the project but if you are meaning the project in this video with the heart, I cant see why not, just remember Weldbond is moisture sensative as its just a PVA so avoid using it outside. :)
Beautiful! Where did you get your rhinestone chain?
Thankyou so much, I bought a heap of it when a shop was closing down some years back, you can buy it on Amazon but just be careful as not all products are equal.
What is a bezel
A bezel is the silver round that is in the video, you put what ever you like in them to make a necklace, there are many different types and shapes. I suggest you watch the video that I linked to in this video. :)
Where do you get the millefiore? (spelling)
Here in Australia I buy it from mosaico.com.au, they sell the Italian Millefiori which gives you the best results and in the variety of sizes I need especially the small sizes. :)
What is the name of music you are playing here?
I love the music as well, Its called the "The Streets Of Florence" by Patrick Ussher. :)
I really like your finished pieces. Not your run of the mill mosaics
Thankyou very much Ginger, appreciate that. :)
