I put Puddin’s Fab Shop in the same category as well. (As far as the way you describe GHPC) they are both must see, entertaining throughout the entirety of the video no matter how long or short each “episode” might be.
They should get together and build another ULTIMATE BADAZZ Tow-Rolla maybe take her on the Gambler. Can’t take Puddins away from him but they should pick one up (they’re cheap) and do a collab?!?!
If I might make a suggestion: get everything in the bus cab functional, i.e. all the lights, the heater, horn, etc, and put it all on a step-down transformer so you can run it on 110V. You could even make the headlights part of the shop's lighting system.
Great idea. The lights will be fine on 12v ac so all they would need is a step down transformer.
I was thinking it would be premium to hang a bunch of Christmas lights in the cab. At Christmas time all they'd have to do is flip a switch ! 🎄
You can get fairly large 12v transformers. So there's not even a reason to completely rewire it.
Even just a small battery and charger would be fine.
Could prolly run it all off an old 12V UPS system. Those get dumped on fleabay all the time from hospitals and such.
The whole time I was thinking it'd be great to have the headlights working! Even some really crappy low power bulbs so you just get a nice glow, would be a nice finihing touch.
This definitely needs a boardwalk from the loft to it so it can be Edwin's editing spot in the shop

I probably have an original dome light for that in one of my parts boxes if you want it. I'm right in Sandpoint, not far from where you got the garage door.

You guys should build a walkway to the bus so you or friends could sit in it anytime. Maybe put a projection screen on the opposite wall and do a drive in.

Read a previous comment about how good your guys content is and that is literally what I came to comment. You content and videography is unmatched. Type of content, amount of content, length of videos, how often you put videos out all of it. I watch a bunch of different CZcamsrs with similar content and what you guys do and the back yard engineering, just incredible channel you guys have here. I love it keep it up!

You guys have to do a podcast in this thing lmao
If your boiler air intake is inside, you'll be taking heated air and venting it to the outside.
You're creating a negative air space that is drawing in cold air from the outside to replace the air used for the boiler.
It is highly recommended for efficiency to use outdoor air for any gas appliance like that boiler.
Also, if you’re going to be using chemicals of any sort, they will be drawn into the boiler. Especially epoxies, paints, adhesives, etc. will cause premature wear on all components. As a plumber myself, I’ve replaced stainless chimneys within 6 months of installation because of the intake being taken from inside. Love this channel!

Probably one of my favorite non build video's that has been put out. Loved all the updates on the shop and the projects. Really Cool.
What are you talking about non build video so far they built three things wood stove heating and radiant floor heating and art/office bus hanging around.
You know what would have been really sick if the bus was on rails and rolled from one side of the loft to around the inside of the shop to the other side of the shop. But I do like the ramp for easy access and a screen across like A drive in theater. If you don't do the coaster bus then I vote bus drive in theater.

I think in the VW Bus you should convert the headlights into some shop lights or flood lights. I've seen it done for those pieces guys have hanging on the walls in the man cave.

Just a suggestion on your intake for the boiler: with all the cutting, grinding, welding. You might want to run it outside so that you are not sucking all that crap into your new boiler. Love your content! Keep the projects coming!

If you find another bus, you could put it on the other side of the wall as a sort of awning/observation deck.
Mounting the front of a VW bus to the wall like a hunter's prize stuffed deer head is so quintessentially Grind Hard it doesn't even bother me how extra it is. Absolute Premium lads.

Always a bitter sweet moment when channels get to this point of a new big shop, sponsored tools etc. I love it cause you guys have more capability for bigger and cooler projects but sucks because it becomes unrelatable for most that can’t afford the crazy tooling or the space. I hope you guys handle it well and Im sure you will. Mighty Car Mods and Vice Grip Garage seems to have done it well , still sometimes focusing on basic tools and budget projects as well as the no holds big projects. Either way you guys should be very proud of yourselves and I think I speak for many when I say I look forward to the future of Grind Hard Plumbing!
