This truck is amazing! Powered by the famous 7.3 Power Stroke Diesel the truck started life as a Ford Excursion and was lengthened into a 30+ foot long stretched limousine with a full truck bed, two transfer cases, two axles and 7 driveshafts. We bought the 6x6 and drove it over 700 miles home taking as many off road trails as possible!

The rust falling from your headliner is from the pinchweld of the windshield. I suggest you take it to a glass or body shop and have them fix it or since you are amazing at figuring stuff out do it yourself. The windshield is actually very important to structural strength if rolled over.

haha. I saw the 6x6 ranger a year or so ago on my local and had the same idea.
I came down here to ask how much it was. 12k seems like a very fair deal.
I used to work at Harbor Freight and we had a guy that would come in and buy 2 shopping carts of stuff every two weeks. His bill was around $2000, in 2006.

Love my F250 4x4 6.4l but, I think you'll find you need a steering box not tie rod ends. These trucks are known for the steering boxes wearing out and developing huge amounts of travel / play in the steering. Mine was replaced the last time at 331,xxx which was about 7500 miles ago. I'd love to see this thing with a 40 ft Fuzion 5th wheel toy hauler behind it. You might need over length permit to do that though. Lol
DUDE! The editing and the custom music is sick, with a couple "premium" lines chucked in there! This is actually becoming one of my favourite videos now because of the whole group being together and going on a trip, the vibes coming from this movie is perfect now I want a constant stream of trips. Definitely should do another power wheels camping trip! Keep up the amazing work :)

That is the best engine ever for that kind of rig. It will get 20 mpg and with a little work can be pretty fast. Not to mention being unkillable.
I am confused on this? Isn’t that excursion a 6.0 model? Did they do a 7.3 drop in? Wouldn’t that require a trans cooler line conversion among other more complicated things?
I live in Utah and I remember seeing that truck for sale, I made a comment to my brothers about how ridiculous it would be, pretty cool you guys went and picked it up

Man you guy's really know how to have fun!! Y'all remind me of hanging out with my friends when I was younger, we used to go out in our small lil group and get into all kind of hijinks like camping, 4wheeling, swimming in our favorite swimming hole at the river, etc. Sky was the limit but we where always together. Enjoy it while you can!! Because it seems like eventually everyone will inevitably go their own separate way, but you'll all have the memories!!

I’ve always wanted to camp in a limousine or turn one into an RV car. Imagine how cool it would be with a diesel heater and a truck bed cap or camper on the bed box.
