  • HD Team Pilot, Brian Byrdsong, and Sean K. take the new Azure 700S Rotor Blades for a test flight to compare the low-speed hover characteristics to that of 3D blades.
AZ700S features the Azure-style Unique blade design and outstanding performance. The blade design also features a non-uniform chord width across the entire blade. Combined with a unique airfoil, these aspects provide improved flight performance and smooth control. The new AZ700S will unleash the full potential of your helicopter.

Listening to an expert pilot condense such innumerate ineffables into effortless language is ultimate music. That guy was very cool. Nice video.

Nice and smooth. Finally a man who actually knows how to pronounce the name Azure too. Nice boom wrap, looks really good on that heli 👍

Hmm, very interesting. So for F3C smooth flying blade choice makes a difference???

ABSOLUTELY! It makes all the difference in the work. Ideally in all situations you want a neutral blade that is perfectly balanced. They way you can know how the actual Helicopter feels. Blades can either amplify cyclic, dull it, or be neutral.

do you stock a similar product for a 450 size heli?

Not as of yet. But I would look at rail blades

@Steve Elston I use rail blades, different sizes, and I love them

Is it very thick like the SAB S700 blade?

      Not really…

if its the same airfoil as the regular AZ700 then yes, it wil be just as thick & stall early too.
