      The real singlish is not that so broken English. This is some time Singaporean tend to make those China people easier to understand English, of course include some of our fellow Malaysian who mother tongue was not English too. I have learned the real Singlish, they always like to use bombastic English in every sentences they speak or writing 🙂. Take a look in CNA Facebook comments, you will get what I mean.

However i will take your suggestions seriously and improve myself, unlike other Kiasu people just shame me to hell but they are worst than me.🙂 So I believe my English will be better than you, like a good English comment Singaporean. 😃

      Unfortunately, no longer cheap at all😢. Look at JB grocery price, restaurant almost closest to Singapore price. This mean RM12 equivalent to 4 sgd for a economy mix rice

    Leng Lui is only commonly used in Cantonese areas like KL, Selangor, Perak. We rarely use it in Johor where people mostly speak Mandarin.

      I won't say is good but healthier than Malaysia food , is there sound good ?
      Moreover, you still can enjoy good foods in Singapore if you willing to pay more 20 sgd and above. However, 90% of Chief are Malaysian in Sg , 10% from PRC or local Singaporean. Hence, if you all say Sg foods are worst to eat this mean you are talking your own people cooking are lousy 😏

      @@zisong7958 I also Malaysian, just sharing my personal experience not need to be hot temper this case 🙂. I agree about cheaper portion however not happen in KL cause there are many foreigner cooking than local cook 😥. Hence I always go those traditional restaurant owned by Chinese when back from Sg rather than visit those commercial food court.
      Anyway, still my mum cook better than anything 😜

      Malaysia food taste better, because of recipe ingredient different. For Sg they require less oil and spices. However, the ipoh Lang successful gain Michelin award for this Chicken rice in Sg but not in Malaysia , why ah? 🤔

      One thing I don’t understand, why it is called roti prata in Singapore, while here we called roti canai. Is there different Malay words between Singapore and Malaysia ?

      @@liphinlaw3850 Prata come from Indian word "parotha". Hence, in SG its prata. Chanai is Malay word meaning to roll (not very sure if correct), sp in MY its roti chanai.
      There are other food that are called differently in SG & MY. Eg. Cucur kodok in MY is jemput-jemput in SG. Ondeh-ondeh in SG ia Buah Melaka in MY. Putri Salat in SG is Serimuka in MY.
