Our First Investment in Real Estate! Mivela Garden Residences!

We finally did a unit inspection of our first condo investment here at Mivela Garden Residences located in Banilad, Cebu City! The feeling is a bit weird since most of the time I'm the one selling and assisting clients for unit inspection, but this time it is us! I am familiar with the process but that feeling of accomplishing something you waited and paid for for a long time, it is truly magical and fulfilling!
Soon this unit will generate income for us and we are looing forward to more investment in the future. Real estate is booming and we should all take advantage of it.

Maybe a few for short term allocated lota but generally you will have to rent otherwise you need to purchase the car space like mine
