Hello Sir, I made a payment for LOI for a pre selling property, payment is refundable. Nagbag.o isip ko na wag na ituloy ang purchase sa property. I requested a refund sa developer, but di na daw marefund ang LOI payment ko kasi nagconvertion na daw. Ano na po mangyayari dun sa LOI ko?
