He gave a cool little story about how he met chuck shuldiner (vocalist of death) and started to fan boy and was sweating and nervous when he met him, but then realised how cool of a guy he was. Now the original singer Chris Barnes who then went on to make 6 feet under, he's got the classic cookie monster vocals. Butchered at birth or Tomb of the Mutilated might have been the last album before George stepped in. Good stuff guys, keep up the great work.

Oddly enough, despite the fact that he's the vocalist, he doesn't write the lyrics. Whomever was the primary writer of the song is usually who writes the lyrics (that's what I gathered from their 'Centuries of Torment' DVD, anyway). This song doesn't really showcase it, but their bassist Alex Webster is a friggin' beast on the bass. I'd recommend some Blotted Science. The whole band is made up of ridiculously talented musicians.
I TOO have an EXTREME FEAR & HATRED OF NEEDLES!!!!! EVISCERATION is disembowelment i.e., the removal of viscera (internal organs, especially those in the abdominal cavity). What you couldn't identify were his intestines, he EVISCERATED himself.
