Just platinumed this game and it was fantastic. Took roughly 200 hours because I played it with my daughter and there was lots of goofing off haha.

Any thoughts on LEGO Horizon Adventures?
This game was such a terrific way to spend a bored summer at home when I didn't find an internship after my sophomore year of college, and I will always remember the completion experience as an incredibly satisfying and rewarding one.
Any chance that the Paper Mario TTYD remake is on your docket? Been hoping to see your review come across my sub box!

@@jetsetjohnny5The Remake is definitely different enough for interest to be had in the remake.
For the bit I played with this game, it was enjoyable breaking certain puzzles in coop when we didn't have the required character, such as the scavenger.
Was it time consuming, yes, but still a blast nonetheless
I fully completed the game on the Nintendo Switch. It's a decent game, but the side missions are tedious. You're just travelling planets on what's basically fetch quests. It wasn't a hard game, just lots of grind. I still might purchase it and do it again on ps5 to get the platinum trophy when it's on sale

@@callak_9974 Yeah but this is a huge open world, since its consists of many planets. Plus it has to load when traveling. I completed all the other lego star wars games including the clone wars, and almost have the original lego batman completed. The game is still fun and great for star wars fans, but lots of it just feels like filler so there's more to do
@@clifflee54 A good chunk of it is the ridiculous # of studs needed to unlock things. Could drop it to half and it'd still be a lot.

I've always enjoyed Lego games (especially Lego Star Wars), but I have a hard time enjoying newer ones. The voice acting and open-world feel alienate the games too much for me.
I loved this game so much honestly reminded me of playing the complete saga when I was a kid,I thought it was so funny and parodied all the movies the best,the only real critique I had of the game was I felt like they could’ve supported it longer and just done a couple level DLCs for like a few seasons of any of the new shows dropping, or even adding levels from rogue one or Solo, I know they were only planning on doing the movie, but imagine how cool a Mando level pack or Rogue one pack, or clone wars or rebels, just a thought

I actually fully completed this game recently! I absolutely had a blast, although I’m a main line Lego starwars stan
It had a fun combat system. I didnt like how the first second and third episodes were so short snd the sequels had the longest levels imo
I missed every episode having full playtime on them.

Do you only 100% games that keep track? For example, I have been playing the "Resident Evil 5" game and there are emblems, jewels and files to collect, even though the game doesn't keep track of them and the player isn't rewarded for getting everything.
I completed it back when there was only six. I never complete games but it was just so much fun.
I got thru most of the game but because of the ladder building issue I was dealing with I couldn't get to certain cyber bricks I didn't mind this game but the issues in the game didn't help my progression to complete it but I did have fun with it for the most part
I have this game & have 100% it twice but I don't plan to again because of how freaking big the darn game is.
On a personal note, I do rather enjoy most LEGO games with a number being games that I happily complete time & time again, so while I can understand people not enjoying LEGO games, I personally always can enjoy TT's works.
Somehow after 100% completing the game, I missed seven of the mounts that you can get on somewhere throughout the Galaxy, and I just cannot be bothered with getting that trophy.

I just can't stand this game. They ruined the whole level system Lego games once had. I would have preferred a Skywalker Saga with the original Levels in the modern graphics and some new levels for the last two movies that hadn't an own game.
I got 99.89% completion. The last thing to do was a quest with jar jar but it was bugged so I couldn’t do it… I don’t know if I have it in me to re-complete the game with the chance of it happening again still existing.
If anyone knows a way to fix it, let me know. It says that I need to play through episode 1 to unlock but I have literally completed everything within that episode.

I've completed this game twice, once on Steam and once on Xbox. It felt like a massive chore both times. I have it for PS4 and PS5, but I am putting off finishing those versions.

I don't know... I get the impression that the vast majority of those who had issues with 1-3 settled down on that matter when 7-9 showed what an _actual_ failure was. Mostly 8 and 9 though: 7 was bland but could theoretically have been worked into something good. But when Luke tossed the lightsaber in 8, we all knew something had gone seriously wrong.
7-9 are great, you're just not a real star wars fan. That's okay, star wars just isn't for you man.

Lego doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, but they are fun games.
They're standouts for sure! Especially Lego City Undercover!

@@atomosdaemon Skywalker Collection does re-use stages from the other LEGO Star Wars games but it doesn't feel like 9 games in one, it's all very cohesive and flows naturally from one level to the other, all connected by the big open world areas.

Rayman 3 originally came out on PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube, but it is backwards compatible with the Xbox series S/X.
If the Xbox 360 store shutdown, then you can pick it up on PlayStation 3 for updated resolution with Rayman 3 HD
I would recommend Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered and / or MW2 Campaign Remastered since it doesn't have multiplayer achievements.

The Lego franchise games have always been in a weird place for me. On the one hand, they look so intriguing with the sheer amount of content, locales, and things to do in them, but on the other hand, they seem extraordinarily simplistic, bloated, and time consuming. A part of me wants to give them a chance, to see first hand what keeps so many people enthralled with them, while another part is worried that I'll honestly just end up getting bored, due to how overly repetitious and grindy it can be. All that aside, I'll give the games this, they just about always end up looking visually fantastic, with their simplistic dedication to imitating the style of real life Lego's, which to this day I still love to build, given the opportunity, and in my books as someone who doesn't play the games, I'd say that's a win. That all said, great job on this episode, Jirard. Looking forward to the next one my guy.

Please for the love of Atlus/Sega do persona 4. The middle sibling needs some love from the legend himself, not a lot of people talk about it, now that it’s overshadowed by the remake of p3 and the upcoming phantom x. It’s a really deep and personal story set in a seemingly quaint village town where you play scooby-doo.

I love Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, one of the best Lego games that I’ve ever played, yes the game isn’t perfect as it doesn’t have bonus levels and characters customiser but overall I really enjoyed this game, just like Complete Saga, which is one of the best Lego games from a nostalgia point of view. 👍🏻

@@Carloskypp the games are designed with voices in mind. Turning them off doesn’t make the game go back to the gestures and slapstick the earlier Lego games were known for.
