- Today, I REMATCH Haboo after my EMBARASSING loss last time against the one and only, best Stardew Valley Speedrunner in the world, Haboo, who has countless Community Center Speedrun World Records, and tried to see if I could beat him using Iridium Tools. He's one of the greatest Stardew Valley players of all time, so it'll be tough, but can I do it?

to be fair Haboo have done a blindfolded speedrun so it wouldn't be much of an advantage for Seanie haha

Yep. Comparing Haboo to the average Stardew player is like comparing a toy airplane to a jumbo jet, there's just no comparison.

idea for a lore/npc-based version of one of these: see who can give everyone a loved gift that’s unique to them (no repeats, no universals) fastest (would probably be a longer video but i’d watch it)
edit: for an additional challenge to make it suck: all dishes must be made from scratch, unless you get it from a trash can. no re-gifting mail/rewards and no dish of the day

@@mirrortarget5729 Bruh the reference does not even make sense, Arachne challenged the goddess, won the contest, and was still punished because Minerva was upset they got bested by a mortal. It's a bit of a marathon, but can you beat Haboo on getting perfection if you have an in-game season head start? If Haboo thinks that's too easy, make it a whole year.
It'd be cool, but it takes Haboo nearly a full day to get perfection. It'd take Seanie even longer, and Haboo could easily sleep off the difference. You'd have to give Seanie additional items, and it probably still wouldn't be enough.

An in game season? Seanie could have a 3 year headstart and Haboo would still beat him. Just compare their perfection runs 💀 Seanie is definitely a great Stardew player but Haboo is on a godlike level no mere mortal could hope to reach at this point

This was fun. I enjoy seeing a skilled player going against a legendary player as a casual player (never been past floor 30 of skull cavern) I'm alot like Seanie where Haboo is annoying but in a fun and friendly way. He's honest and that's the best kind of annoying to be /gen

@@alexsoto5403omething involving one of his mods on Discord acting awful to someone else, possibly related to transphobia, and him not really handling the mod well. And he goes to a Christian university or something and has a really ambiguous stance on LGBTQ stuff so a lot of people didn't like that either. Since he doesn't like Stardew that much and it's pretty different from the games he usually plays off stream (FPS games), he just chose to step back, and other CZcamsrs cut ties to him due to the whole situation.

I used to dislike haboo because he sounds very condescending when he explains very niche stardew information to casual players as if its something every player knows but the more i see of him the more i realise he's extremely humble and self critical about everything other than gaming

Poor Seanie. Merely a Stardew Enthusiast, never a Pro.
That shows that SV is a game where skilled usage of mid or even low-tier gear can give you better results than having endgame gear with average skills.
But I think that it also proves that there are balance problems if you can handle endgame content without endgame gear. Is high-level gear even necessary then? Sure, it can get you even further, but even mid-game gear can give you good enough results for a day.

I got a super cool sword on day 1 in Stardew made the mines super easy I got the sword from fishing. You can be good at Stardew but luck is also a bit factor
hy bro i want to ask you something about ancient seed im still new to the game suprizingly but i want to know if i found ancient seed do i need to save it until i can unlock the green house or just plant it
In case you haven't found out still, you can plant it outside and it will grow all year then die in winter. So you can plant outside as long as you have enough time to get some fruit from it before it dies in winter. Takes a month to grow them fruits once a week after that.
Surprised you lost the Ore challenge that easy. If he wanted too he could've got 1500 ore. You should've at least had more then that but you kep going down ladders without checking the floor fully before leaving. You had items to help.
