why is this 2 days ago
Jay Pharoah as Barack Obama and Will Ferrell as George W. Bush 😂😂😂😂😂😎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Beck Bennett as Vladimir Putin.
Tina Fey as Sarah Palin will forever be No. 1
She was so good, people still think Palin actually said "I can see Russia from my house". lol
@@richardkempton1894 it was great, but melissa mcarthey doing sean spicer is by far, far, far, the best.
@@MaleviahBurned I can't argue with that. We just watched her new movie on HBO and were talking about her Spicer.
@@richardkempton1894 its so fucking good, from the look to the aggression, its spot on
True!
I love Kate McKinnon😂she nails so many impersonations.
Her Giuliani impression was hilarious
I am convinced that she can just become anyone. What a talent!
She’s a phenomenal actress!
You know she has a God blessed talent
Yeah she is great and you too seem nice
Jim Carrey does the perfect the best Joe Biden imitation ever
Very true. Maybe that's how Jim lost his mind. Or, it could've been his Charlton Heston as NRA president. Jim's the best.
@@KellysAdventures305 Lost his mind by supporting those idiots.
Play now
To bad he actually wasn't on this list. If he was, show me where.
Tina Fey may have actually changed history in her portrayal of Sarah Palin. Those were unforgettable moments.
Sad...Sarah is healthy for AMERICA.
@@Juliet475 thanks, you made me chuckle. 😂
yeah so convincing that stupid people actually confused what Fey said for Palin actually never said.
I could not agree more. I really do believe that Sarah Palin was torn asunder by Tina Fey. I think she was the second best all time. They only one who is better was Darrell Hammond is Bill Clinton. How that was only honorable mention is because they want to protect Bill Clinton. Also, because this list probably got run by the SNL people first. Because Darrell Hammond, as Al Gore was pretty good too.

The Clintons…🤢🤮
Underrated one: Jason Sudeikis as Mitt Romney
Mitt/Jason despondent after losing and drowns his sorrows in milk. What with him being a Mormon and all.
Jim Carey looks a lot like Biden😂
But Jason sudeikis was better impersonation no?
I thought he looked more like Charlton Heston.
Jim Carrey is great at any impersonation. ❤️
Not quite like biden Carey is alive.
Cuz he's made of rubber. He can physically transform into anyone and anything. A young man, an old man, a Grinch, and a portrayal of a real man as a fictional alter ego but pretending it's a separate person (Andy Kaufman as Tony Clifton).
Let’s just agree on this, Kate McKinnon is perfect, no matter who see plays. Elizabeth Warren, Lindsey Graham, Hilary Clinton, and so many more, they’re all amazing.
She is the best!!
I love the penelope cruz
Nothing beats her Kellyanne Conway though
Rob Melrose I wasn’t crazy about her Hillary either I prefer Amy Poehler
I loved when Elizabeth Warren was on and she was playing Laura Ingraham and then ran and changed into her Elizabeth Warren costume to give her a hug.
Alec Baldwin as Trump is hillarious
Tina Fey's Sarah Palin was so spot on, they even brought in the real Palin and you could swear you were seeing double
I remember that, it was shockingly spot on!
I think they're distant relatives. They look too much alike not to.
That's very true
That meant so much to me, because once Palin was nationally visible, I got contact lenses and cut my hair because I looked like Palin’s twin.
It was the first time anyone famous and, for a while, I couldn’t go anywhere without someone making mention.
I was Palin for a Halloween and all I had to do was but a red skirt suit.
Yes. And there was also an appearance of the real Hillary Clinton (at a lunch counter, I think) when an SNL cast member was playing her.
Rest in peace Chris Farley & Phil Hartman
1. Tina Fey as Sarah Palin
2. Alex Baldwin as Trump
3. Fred Hammond as Bill Clinton
who is fred hammond?
@gkborden2034 a gospel artist 😂!
My favorite is Dan Aykroyd as Jimmy Carter: “Okay you took some orange sunshine, do you have any Allman Brothers records.”
Tina Fey is a legend. I loved all of the impressions. Dana Carvey is one the funniest people that I've ever seen.
Bennett and Baldwin NAILED IT!!
never forget that when Sarah Palin was on the Masked Singer everyone thought it was actually Tina Fey doing the impression. you literally cant tell the two apart
Phil Hartman will always be my favourite SNL actor. What an incredible talent, lost too soon.
He's my all-time favorite also.
His Clinton was fabulous
I still can’t tell the difference between Tina Fey and the actual Sarah Palin.
Especially the 2016 skit endorsing Trump
Tina Fey is the smart one.
IKR. Had to google a pic of Palin.
Same girl same
OMG I thought it was just me back in the day
Melissa McCarthy as Spicer is my favorite.... when she is running from the press I died laughing
Agree-it was so random the first time she did that skit. I about died! Her shoving that podium into the press was hysterical. She is amazing!
@@CopingwithGrattitude 🤣🤣🤣 Yes!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one that found that hilarious
Kate Mckinnon is just amazing.. every role she takes, she just perfects!
except for ghosbusters
“I Can See Russia From My House” is a quote that gets me every time 😂
Your Welcome America Will Ferrell playing George W. is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Big smiles
It's a perfect impression and hilarious content.
Kate mcKinnon as Kelly Anne Conway is funny as hell
Jim Carry's impression for Joe Biden is awesome!
Ever since Jim Carrey's impression, everytime I see Biden now, I cant help but think of Jim Carrey now.
Darryl Hammond was a most brilliant impressionist- Clinton, Gore and more- genius! That new guy- Brian Austin Johnson?- is the best Trump I’ve ever seen.
totally agree, his clinton was off the hook when he tried to be so sincere with the american public
*2019 : Stay away from negative people*
_2020 : Stay away from positive people_
Shitty*
2021: stay away from all people
I love Tina Fey and her performances were always gold. But I’ve got to say, Darrell Hammond’s Bill Clinton was the absolute best impression.
@Rob Melrose Exactly. Hammond was doing a realistic Clinton, Hartman was doing a caricature...just like Hammond does a realistic Trump while Alec Baldwin does a caricature
I’ll agree with you there!
I absolutely LOVE both Hartman and Hammond's Bill Clinton. Both are hilarious, just for different reasons.
The 3 way phonecalls with Monica and whoever😂 we looked forward to it all week at my house, Hammond was/is the best
He had the whole biting of the lower lip thing down too. That was signature right there.
Chris Farley as Newt Gingrich is a riot
Alec as trump is impersonation perfection.
I love how Larry David is actually related to Bernie Sanders
Like how Tom Hanks is related to Mr. Roger.
Jennifer Coolidge Is Related to President Calvin Coolidge
BrachObama! Is!RELATED To!BradPitt!
Barack Obama and Dick Cheney are 8th cousins. Lynn Cheney found that fact when she was researching her laudatory biography of her husband in 2005.
The handshake routine he was Bernie doing Larry.
Chevy Chase was hilarious as Gerald Ford. Phil Hartman as Bill Clinton, and Dana Carvey as Bush. Also Alec Baldwin as Trump.
Kate mckinnon as Jeff Sessions should get an Oscar, I love that character so much I go back and watch them again
That's EMMY not Oscar
Jim Carey's Biden is dead on. Oh, and Tina Fey's Sarah Palin will go down as perhaps the greatest impression of all-time!
Hey... Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway was hilarious af. How did you forget that entirely? No... not fair.
Dana Carvey as Bush was easily the best ahead of his Perot.
CO 68 I agree with you.Ross Perot was his second funniest.
I guess that they were "nah gahn dah it"
Dana Carvey was the best of most impressions lol. His Biden is great!
They’re all great but Alec Baldwin as Trump is my favorite 😂😂😂😂😂 and of course Larry David as Bernie ♥️♥️♥️
Alec Baldwin as Trump and Jim Carrey as Biden was genius. Dan Akroyd as Nixon was also perfect
How is Maya Rudolph’s Kamala Harris not even an honorable mention?
Edit: Yes I am aware it's not the best impression, but I still think it deserved an honorable mention.
Cause she's meh
@@asasassify this whole list is questionable
eewww, no
Yeah why is that?
@Just a Guy in High School She's the perfect choice and a darn funny comedian
Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump cracked me up many times, that's truly comedy gold. He's a better Trump than Trump being himself
some foreign newspaper talked about trump and used a pic of alec as trump..
Yeah, you probably laugh every time someone blows bubbles..
You nailed Tina Fey for #1 impersonator. She was hilarious during the time she was portraying Sarah Palin. Hilarious!
She was number two behind Darrell Hammond’s number one of Bill Clinton.
Carvey cracked me up when he told (IIRC) Letterman he did George 41 by combining John Wayne with Mr. Rogers.
Amy Poehler's Hillary Clinton, Fred Armisen's David Patterson, and Bill Hader's Jame Carville!
Here’s some you missed
Ben Stiller as Michael Cohen
Leslie Jones as Michelle Obama
Aidy Bryant as Meghan McCain
Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris
Kate McKinnon as Nancy Pelosi
John Belushi as Henry Kissinger
Kate McKinnon as Elizabeth Warren
Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway
Kate McKinnon as RBG
Leslie Jones as Omarosa
Beck Bennett as Mitch McConnell
Jay Pharaoh as Ben Carson
Kristen Wiig as Elisabeth Hasslebeck
Cecily Strong as Jeanine Piero
Mikey Day and Alex Moffatt as The Trump kids
Scarlett Johansson as Ivanka Trump
Phil Hartman as Ronald Reagan
Bill Hader as Rick Perry
Rachel Dratch as Amy Klobachar
Cecily Strong as Melania Trump
All excellent!
Do part 2
Well that's a list. MoJo you gotta do a part 2.
There especially needs to be more Maya Rudolph as VP Elect Kamala Harris!!
It really sucks that we wont have Larry David as the SNL president for the next 4 years.
I think they were just doing people who worked directly for the government (I know he worked for the RNC, but I mean held a political office). An expanded list would be Cecily Strong as Judge Jeanine, Mikey Day and Alex Moffat as the Trump boys, actually I can't believe Leslie Jones' Omarosa wasn't included.
Kate as Kelly Anne Conway as Pennywise!
Kate’s impression of Angela Merkel is her best one to date, can’t believe that didn’t make the list
I sit on every chair like it's a toilet 😄😄
😄😄
Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the best impression by Kate McKinnon 🤣🤣🤣 R.I.P Ruth Bader Ginsburg
One of my all time favorites was Dan Ackroyd as Nixon.😂
Dan Aykroid as Julia child was better
Kate McKinnon did an impersonation of Hillary Clinton impersonating Bernie Sanders. she’s the goat
Baldwin, Kate's Hillary, both of the Bush's, & Phil Hartman as Bill Clinton were my favourites
Carvey did a great Bush Senior and Bush Junior, I don’t know between him and Ferrell who does W better.
@@julesstephenson8935 Will F.
This list could easily have 50 impressions on it
Melissa Mcarthy as Sean Spicer should have been #1
Alec Baldwin’s wife’s Impression of a Spanish person is my favourite. Ole!
Totally agree with Fey as #1 but how in the hell do you overlook Chris Farley as Newt Gingrich?
Tina Fey, that has to be the greatest impression of all time anywhere. Deserved the #1 spot, totally agreed.
Jim Carrey as Joe Biden is way more energetic than the real Biden lol
Biden 's handlers have a tough job 🖤 🇺🇲
When you're nearly 80..will you have the stamina of President Joe Biden?
I know a lot of people who are 80 yrs old and they wish they could be as energetic. I'm not that energetic and I'm 70. Keep laughing and when your turn comes, 🤣 start wishing and remember how you laughed. 😉
I think Joe's back is a little stiff. I walk like Joe in the morning. But if he says "oy my back is killing me" like I do, it's international news.
@Hello Chris how are you doing
Jim Carrey as Joe Biden so funny!!!!! 😂😂😂😂
Jim Carrey is a Legend
and a national treasure
He’s a LOOOSSER!
I hope you get the reference
“I said two words you son of a... NOOOOOO! Don’t do it Joe.”
Tina Fey as Sarah Palin was the funniest impersonation.
Farley as Newt Gingrich was pretty good.
Best Bill Clinton imitation the late great Phil Hartman
Chevy Chase as Gerald Ford is completely underappreciated! Tina Fey's Palin was a solid #1, but Chevy Chase's Ford should have been in the top 3. It was so much more than prat falls.
Chevy still has a bad back from doing prat falls. ... ... 🇺🇲
@@michaelserby7697 Ow! I'm sorry to hear that. I loved his deadpan delivery, and he never broke that when he did his falls. It makes me wonder which fall(s) injured him, and how he could keep a straight face. His "Live from New York..." was always flat and announcer-like. I can't imagine doing that in real pain. Others have been shouting it and screaming it for decades now, but I miss the deadpan delivery.
Jim Carey is what brings me to SNL!!!😂
Here’s some you missed
Ben Stiller as Michael Cohen
Leslie Jones as Michelle Obama
Aidy Bryant as Meghan McCain
Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris
Kate McKinnon as Nancy Pelosi
John Belushi as Henry Kissinger
Kate McKinnon as Elizabeth Warren
Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway
John Goodman as Linda Tripp?
Darrell hammond as Bill Clinton is a top 10 political impression
Phil Hartman as Bill Clinton is even funnier!
I saw Darrell Hammond at a comedy club a few years ago when he was impersonating Bill Clinton. His act didn’t include any impersonations. However, he ended his set with a story about meeting Monica Lewinsky at some fundraiser event. He said he just happened to run into her, and she stated that she was a big fan of SNL. As she leans in to give him a kiss, he says he only remembers hearing Bill Clinton’s voice in the back of his mind. As he goes on about how he kissed Monica Lewinsky on the lips, with his best Bill Clinton voice he just says “surprise”.
Alec Baldwin's Trump was hilarious.
John Goodman as Linda Tripp, though not a recurring impersonation, should have garnered a spot or an honorable mention
Molly Shannon as Monica Lewinsky as well
Or his Robert De Niro, In fact Alek Baldwin's Robert De Niro is better than his Trump
Yes I Loved John Goodman's Impression of Linda Tripp
I Think he played the role 4 times
Didn't the actual Sarah Palin appear on one of Tina Fey's clips? Definitely makes it top tier.
Yes she did
Yes, she did.
SheyD78 They could pass for twins.
as a superficial male, the first thing you notice when seeing Fey's impression of Palin is that Fey is low-key super attractive, and then when Palin comes on SNL for real you notice that despite her politics Palin is/was an absolute stunner. ("and stop calling me a MILF!")
Ferrell as GWB shud be a bit higher. Thats classic
Jim carrey will was the best and will the best impressionist in SNL history
Impressions are so much fun. I really admire people who can do it well.
It really sucks that we wont have Larry David as the SNL president for the next 4 years.
It’s kinda scary how much he nails Bernie Sanders.
I lost my shit when he pulled a heart attack-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack
But we all oughta know by now.
fax
@@HighonBoots well they are distant cousins
Larry would of hated the commitment
Where is kate mckinnon as rudy guliani
Kate is the best
That’s HILARIOUS😂🎉❤
They’re all hilarious 😆
Yes, almost every one was great. I want to see whole scenes now.
I definitely agree with number one. When the real Palin passed by Tina, it was nearly impossible to tell them apart!
No Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris? Travesty!
Honestly she's a better Kamala Harris then Jim Carrey is a Joe Biden
She's not that good. I like Maya but she doesn't capture Kamala. Kamala is weird, awkward and has an irritating laugh. Maya captures none of that but instead portrays an idealized version of Kamala of how the Dems want her to be seen
@@radrobd123 Oh my gaw- You mean to tell me that *SHE PORTRAYS A CARICATURE OF HARRIS???* I would have never seen that coming.
@@victini8360 No it's not a caricature. A caricature captures the person's personality and exaggerates it. She doesn't do that. She comes up with a completely different personality for Kamala to put her in the best light that is nothing like her real personality.
@@radrobd123 you nailed it.
Kate's Elizabeth Warren is my favorite, but I agree with Tina Fey as Sarah
All great! I love them all! My favorite clips from SNL are usually the political ones! 💜 Also, I love Pete Davidson’s take on Andrew Cuomo! AWESOME job! (I guess that’s to new to be counted?) Go Pete Go! I can’t possibly leave without saying that, Alec Baldwin’s President Trump is hilarious and I’m a die hard Trumper! P.S. Daryl Hammond’s President Clinton is a “GOLDMINE!” ...and lastly, Go Tina Fey! 💜
I do not see how anyone can rank these comedians. They are all superb!
Alec Baldwin as Trump should've been number 1
They need to include maya rudolph as Kamala Harris
I second that
@@TyWashdaddy I third it!
Absolute yes
I at first thought that was actually the *real* Bernie Sanders.
You missed James Austin Johnson's impression of Trump--absolutely perfect. If I was just listening only, I would think for certain it was Trump talking. Johnson's delivery is hilarious and spot-on.
exactly
Alec Baldwin makes the best Trump.
So true...
Alec Baldwin the best
No argument
Perfection!!!
Better have Phil Hartman on here, RIP Phil.
@The Artist Formerly Known as Darth Wheezius and Lionel Hutz, "Your honor I'd like to request a... bad court... thing."
"You mean a mistrial?"
clinton jogging and stopping by McDonald's - classic writers then too
I look forward to see Maya Rudolph in the next 4 years - and Jim Carrey of course. That Victory Speech Cold Open sketch was hilarious.
Alec Baldwin should have definitely been on the top 3. He nailed it
The murderer shouldnt be on list.
Theres a lot better out there imo.
I never thought his Trump impression was that great. That new guy does a funnier spot-on impression.
Agreed. JAJ is amazingly lifelike, and that gets points for sure--but Baldwin gets my vote every time. His Mad-magazine version is highly rewatchable, and entertains even after multiple watches. Wishing him well during a difficult time.
@@brianritter1796OJ? he ain’t on there
The Trump Administration SNL impression can be a list by itself
Absolutely agree. They were made for satire.
Dana Carvey's Bush should have been higher. Also, Dan Ackroyd once did an impression of Bob Dole that I'll never forget. His Carter should have been on the list.
And as Bob Dole noted in the "I never said Bob Dole does this or Bob Dole does that!" sketch... Norm's impression was basically an impression of Dan Akroyd's Bob Dole.
Tina Fey has been number one so many times even Norm Macdonald know she's funny
I think Alec Baldwin's Trump should've been #1, but oh well. Opinions lol
Imo it’s terrible. The man who plays Clinton and Gore is 100 times better
His Trump impression is not even really that good.
@@anthonybrogan390 I respect your opinion
Hammond was Better
Chris Farley as Newt Gingrich
Newt’s nightmare where Hillary was President was hilarious.
And as Andrew Giuliani, too. 😉
@Rob Melrose For sure! 😅😁 I especially love his Matt Foley character.
@Rob Melrose That's cool. 😎
I think Darrell Hammond's Clinton is funnier
Dana Carvey as Tom Brokaw was legendary!
That was a good one. I'm laughing just thinking about it.
My favorite is Matt Damon as Kavanaugh. I also loved Brad Pitt as Anthony Faucci.
Kate McKinnon as Hillary & Alex Baldwin as Trump should have been higher in the survey!
Im sure Melissa Mccarthy as Spicer (cannot stop laughing)
The best George Bush imitations has to be Dana Carvey
Fred Armisen is one of the best in SNL. His women characters are hilarious.
Especially his impression of Queen Elizabeth II.
