In Today's Video we will be finally closing on our new construction home built from the ground up. Its not a custom build. Were excited to be 1st Time Home Buyers and were blessed and so Thankful. This isnr our forever home more like an investment home but we will be living in it while were station at our new duty station. For those who are new we are a military family who moves around alot so to finally not have to deal with landlords etc. is great. Thank you so much. Yea then the rates were 3% but found out we were gonna be moving that following year so we decided to move on base for our last year instead of buying. But so thankful now we were able to buy at this duty station.

Hi Katrina you have a beautiful home, with the table in the hallway it is too big I don't think you really need a table in the area I think you just need to put nice big pictures on your wall on both sides maybe a family pictures wall. Just my opinion.

Ohhh …your master bedroom bathroom is beautiful! Just my 2 cents one of those LED frame light that we usually see in hotel bathrooms in recent times… would look beautiful over your his & her sink.
Aww thats great planning for the future i love it. And yes i actually got a collaboration with this company for an led mirror over my master bathroom vanity so im thinking about have to convince my husband to let me change it.

Niceee house, but I don't purchase any house with the stairs located in front of the entrance of the house at alll.
When the front door is directly located in front of stairs, this means that qi, or life energy, goes straight out of the home without staying inside. The goal of feng shui is to let the qi accumulate and cultivate inside the home, rather than rush straight out.
- A simple way to improve this design feature energetically is to place something halfway between the front and back door. You can use furniture, a room divider, or a feng shui crystal ball. This will help disperse the qi as it comes into your home and keep it from rushing out so quickly.
Otherwise it's a veryyy beautiful house.❤
