I love to DIY and I want to do so much with my old home but I’m AFRAID/TERRIFIED of using power tools to cut things. I have my oscillating tool which I don’t mind using but I’ve been eyeing mitre saws and table saws to add to my power tools. How did you get “comfortable” using yours?
Girl, I know exactly how you feel! I started with some simple tools like a jigsaw and a circular saw and I watched a lot of CZcams videos to make sure I was being safe. I also made sure to buy quality tools. I love a deal, but some of the super cheap tools can be so dangerous, it's not worth it. Black and Decker is a good quality brand for starter tools that won't break the bank.
