Sairam,
A person had expressed his problem. He lent 15 lacs rupees to his relatives and he didn't get back the amount since 5 years. The amount is given on surety of a piece of plot which is costing around 45-50 lacs at present. He applied for lost copy document at sub-registrar office. The relative sold the site after receiving the certified copy from registrar. The lender has no proof for the amount given and is seeking remedy from Gurudeva to get back his lent amount.
Reasons:
A. Karma Siddhanta: If in previous birth a person had
- Cheated with respect to land/site/plot.
- Cheated by producing false documents and false proofs.
- Conquered other's assets.
- Cheated and Sold a property having neem/white aak/snake burrow.
This qualifies for Shankhapala Kala Sarpa Dosha.
Remedy:
Mantra: Maha Lakshmi Mantra
OM SHREEM AIM HREEM KLEEM
Tantra:
- Take a bhuja patre.
- Wipe neatly.
- Perform this tantra on Krishnapaksha Friday or if siddha yoga.
- Burn Camphor. Take tulasi stem and dip in residue of the burnt camphor (masi).
- Write the name of the person (who is not giving the money), his father's name, and place.
- Take 108 flowers.
- Do puja and archane by chanting the above mantra to the bhuja patre.
- Place the bhuja patra beneath the heavy object (trunk box or big stone).
Tantra 2:
- Circumambulate Shami / Banni tree for 108 itmes by chanting the above mantra.
- Hug the tree and pray.
- Lord Shani blesses.

- Helps get rid of Shankhapala Kala Sarpa Dosha.
- Can enjoy assets.
- Removes Kuja dosha from horoscope.
- Get back the lent amount.
