Case 1. A financially sound person lends his money for loan interest. He neither received interest amount nor principal amount.
Case 2. A man had given lease amount for a house. The owner didn't return the amount.
Reasons:
A. Karma Siddhanta: If in any of our previous births,
- couldn't return the amount due to various reasons and step back from returning the amount by putting false promises, then in our next births we lose money by lending.
Remedy: Mentioned in Rudrayamala Tantrasara and Lakshmi Tantrasara
Mantra:
OM ADITYAAYA NAMAHA
OM BHASKARAAYA NAMAHA
Tantra:
- Take a copper tumbler.
- Fill it with pure water.
- Add seeds of 21 red chillies.
- Keep it overnight.
- Next day morning, face towards East direction, give arghya to Lord Surya by chanting the above mantras (both mantras) for 21 times.
- Perform this tantra till you get back the money.

- Removes previous birth sins.
- Helps get back the lent amount.
