Plus with the 6,7 marches in kvk, p2w players have more opportunity to use those buff/debuff commanders.

Tip that I like early on is 1, when attacking city’s always send in one March of t1 troops so that they take the majority of the damage and can be easily trained back again. And secondly is targeting the farm bots. The ones that are easy to spot will have France as there civilation and there name will look more like a code then a name. G2H7U8 and things like that. They will have only t2 troops and a lot of rss. Easir to take. During training events or MGE you can upgrade t2 troops into t3 troops for the same rewards as training completely new t3 troops.
actually u have less point for upgrading troop. Also u want to training more troops in the early game rather than upgrading caz u need more troops to fill your march with full of one type, especially inf and cav
My advice for f2p work on 1 legendary commander on a time until expertise (only few exceptions like leo 5511) . Otherwise you will waste the precious universal sculptures. for example, max guan and pair with leo or Charles/ysg. Saladin is so amazing as 5551
Still such a relevant video. Being a spender that took a break for a while during SoC for life stuff, I was missing a lot of commanders when I came back. I am now entering KVK and trying to come up with 6th and 7th marches. I was able to get a 5115 Tomyris (5125 to be exact, and now 5335 from daily special chests). I also have Artemisia at 5211. Think I will use 5511 Art with Tomy for my 6th or 7th march and then split up Guan/Alex to do 5511 Leo with Guan and put Alex with YSG or someone else. Love these videos that are still relevant months later.
I have a better suggestion, choose whether u want to be infantry, cavs, or arch, then max the legendary commanders of cavs, if u want cavs, legendary infa if u want infantry, then legendary arch if u choose arch. Im a cavs f2p player and i already maxed 3 cavs legend
Interested in 5111 legendary commander videos. Mainly for early kingdom and up to kvk1 since at that moment there is chances 5111 could be better than expertised epics. Looking forward to your take on this
If you looking for early game pairings as a starter pairing. Don’t worry, mans got you. If you’re going Cavalry, I recommend Cao Cao for RLY early game, if you’re a bit more in the game definitely get Genghis and Saladin (if the whales allow it). And after that, again same with the Genghis/Saladin think but this time it’s Attila Takeda If your going Inf, definitely put every epic sculp into Sun Tzu 100%. You can easily get Alexander from wheel and Richard/Charles. Again, if you’re whales allow it maybe Constantine. If your going Archer I’m sorry but you’re gonna struggle before the first KVK. In the first KVK, 100% get YSG from Wheel. In the Meanwhile, you can get El Cid with an epic like Hermann or Keira. I definitely missed some, because I’m stupid. Tell me your combos for early game
Yes I am Germany right now but Cavs seem weak for f2p except for the fact that they help you run away. But in murder ball does not make much of a difference. using infantry marches though mostly because they are more tanky. Seems F2P should be infantry since Richard, Alex, Martel, Sun tzu are tankier than cavs or archers. Able to last a bit longer and Guan Leo eventually become available and require lower amount of sculptures. What would be the 5 best infantry, cav or archer combos for f2p?
What do you think of a constantine 5511 and a leo also 5511 would be very tanky and leo would benefit of that constantine reduces the attack of the enemy which if im right makes leo deal 50% more damage (in his active skill)

What is really important to know for free to play is when a legendary is stronger than a similar epic. like for canyon. My account is 272 days old and i haven't invested in gold key legendaries so they are levelling up slowly. I still use epics in canyon though and am still working on my YSG and Alex. so when do you replace an epic with an unmaxed legendary gold key commander? E.g. when would I replace expertised scipio or Bjorn with unmaxed Julius, Martel or Ragnar? Which one should I favour. When or should I replace kusinoki with El Cid when paired with YSG? Which should I prefer in back lane with Aethel? Mulan or Mehmed and at what level? Does the decision stay the same if I have Richard with Joan as well. Also it is hard to get gold stars as f2p. So when is it better to have a level 50 primary over a level 60 primary? e.g. In canyon, right now my Joan is primary with my 5511 Richard because she is level 60. But in field fighting I need to hide Joan behind my level 50 Richard otherwise they get focussed too fast. A video on these types of things would be helpful. Thanks for all of your great advice.

Stick to zenobia IMO unless you’re looking to diversify your kingdom’s garrison capabilities with a cav garrison. Jad YSS would be the combo in that case.

It will be decent but not good. XY needs to be primary bc of the low rage requirement. Also because the debuff on the active skill doesnt really benefit to this march if he is secondary. It could be just as a support march … but in that case Aeth will bring you more. There is not so much benefit to hide a 5510 (or 5511) XY. Even Baibars does more aoe damage overall. Crucial thing about a non maxed XY is rage requirement, that’s why he is so strong and powerful
Please make vid for 5111 legendaries at least 4 and I'm having a hard time gathering the heads for them, because they come from MGE. Not a super spender so it gets tough trying to stay in the top 20.
Can you also pass on the idea to have 3 commanders per march to the developers? We have so many commanders that I would like to use but just no way to fit them all. It would make the different combos very interesting. To not make it too OP for pay to win, the 3rd commander could be mandatory epic or lower. This would breathe new life into these lower tiered commanders. For consideration.

Can you also pass on the idea to have 3 commanders per march to the developers? We have so many commanders that I would like to use but just no way to fit them all. It would make the different combos very interesting. To not make it too OP for pay to win, the 3rd commander could be mandatory epic or lower. This would breathe new life into these lower tiered commanders. For consideration.
