ATTENTION! ATTENTION! THIS REALLY IS A MIRACLE CREAM IF USED CORRECTLY!
For spots and acne apply a thin layer and rub in thoroughly. Then apply another thicker layer (don’t try to get this layer to sink in. The idea is that your face will look white from the cream) a bit like a face mask. Then use a pillow case you don’t mind getting covered in cream and go to sleep.
Your pillow will get covered in cream but don’t think that because it’s on your pillow it has all come off your skin. Trust me despite what it looks like,most of the cream will still be on your face)
The next morning wash your face with your normal cleanser and check out the results! It’s a flaming miracle,trust me! All but the biggest spots will have gone, and even those will be a fraction of the size they were! People who say they aren’t impressed with it and don’t see what the hype is all about haven’t been using it properly. If you only put a thin layer on and wash off after ten mins what do you expect it to do?! But wearing a thick layer as a bedtime face mask will vastly improve even the very worst acne-trust me!
It can also be used as a primer,a face mask, on rashes, ingrown hairs, healing piercings, eczema, minor wounds and more. And it’s so cheap!
I had awful skin for years,and now at age 34 I have great skin for the first time in my life. It cleRed my facial acne, made those bumps on my upper arms disappear, cleared my shaving rash, got rid of all the acne on my back and chest and works on ingrown hairs too. It has changed my life. It’s just crazy that the solution to all my skin worries was sitting in my bathroom the whole time. A cheap as chips product that is over 50years old is a million times better than every other new expensive cream I have ever used in my life.

chloev_x _ it’s fantastic at healing eczema, it cleared mine on my arms. When you say redness do you mean rosacea? Because I don’t have personal experience with that but yes it is meant to be very effective at clearing up that as well. Even if you aren’t talking about rosacea sudocrem will work on most other general types of redness and inflammation. It is antiseptic,antibacterial,antifungal,anti inflammatory and even a mild anaesthetic!I’m still amazed it is all these things in one product that I only just discovered as the ‘cure all’ for all my skin problems!
So yes it will work on facial redness.
In fact if you have just broken out or your skin has turned red and you want a quick fix, then putting on a thick layer on the affected area, leave it to sit for half hour(or as long as your time allows) then wipe off and apply makeup. It won’t be as effective as if u had done an overnight face mask, but in an emergency it really brings down the redness and inflammation sharpish!
Ninja well i used it like a mask quite often my eczema is red on my cheeks when it’s like hot and my eczema is around my cheeks sometimes and my mouth and how often should i use it for my eczema,can i use it everyday?

I gave my grandaughter SudoCreme it got rid of her acne, its the mineral Zinc in the Creme. I used Zinc creme in 70s got rid of mine. Zinc is in food too like peas etc.

just a small tip for ya’ll: don’t put it on everyday.. i’ve been putting it on everyday and i’ve recently found out that overuse can actually cause more acne. i’d say 3 times a week at the least.. but 1-2 times will work great.

So I use it as a spot treatment and then I take a powder mask (like a dry clay or powder that you mix with water to make a mask) and dab that over top. It sets the wet cream and locks it in all night. I’ve used a Mario badescu powder and a calcium bentonite clay powder!!
I also do this but to avoid it rubbing onto my pillow, I apply a thin layer of baby powder over it.
I love this so much for acne, spots and redness it's amazing, I do a thin layer on the spot and sleep overnight and it helps so much!! xx

Okai so I heard from a few friends that sudocreme works wonders and wanted to try it. Recently my face has been going through lots of breakouts and particularly today my face and a few big bumps on the skin. I found the tub of sudocreme in my house and decided to try it, I dabbed a bit on each lump for an hour or two before I got in the bath just to try it out bc I didn’t want to put it on my face over night just in case it didn’t work. Came to get in the bath and wiped the Creme of and dam! Within only a few hours the lumps had virtually gone! They are still a little sore but the size of them have gone down immensely! I didn’t know what to expect with this and I’m glad I tried it, I’m gonna deffo leave it on longer and even over night to get better results! It does work wonders!!
Hi in the body care I have near me they have these T-zone skin care treatments,one is a overnight one and ones a spot zapping one that you can use in the day,my friend has recommended them to me and she said they are amazing so I will be purchasing them this week! The good thing about them is that they dry fast and then you just wash them off so no need to worry that they will rub off on your pillow. Also they are only a £1 each!! X

Yes, it did. It got rid of my forehead spots really quickly! I stopped it now as I’ve used up a lot of sudocreme but it definitely works. You just have to give it time

This works so good! The minimum amount of time to leave it on is 30 minutes. If you leave it on overnight (I don’t because I get ocd about stuff on my face that long) your acne will be decreased so much! You can also use it down there to lighten your private area :) just DONT put it on skin that is irritated (like don’t scrub ur face then use this cream because itll burn and leave a rash) 💜💜
Black Heart put it on the area that you want lightened and leave it on over night. Put two layers. The first layer rub into skin and the second layer put it on top of that. A little goes a long way. Also wear underwear that you don’t mind getting potentially stained (wear white underwear or something) my underwear never got stained from this but it’s just a precaution. Only use it on the external part of your private area.
Wash off when you shower in the morning with soap and water.

I use sudocrem every night. And it’s the best thing for my acne and breakouts. I recommend this 100%. I have suffered with acne/spots all my teenage years not knowing how to handle or cope with them until very recently I discovered that sudocrem works for me. The change in my acne is crazy. My face isn’t so flared and red!

I use Sudocrem most nights and swear by it!! Wouldn’t use it on tattoos though because it dries your skin and fades tattoos. Know a few people who regret using it on tattoos. Fab stuff though

Sudocrem is the best “spot cream” I have ever used. I have been using this for sooo long and it’s amazing. If anyone is looking to calm and dry out your acne sudocrem is definitely a good option and you don’t have to spend loads of money on an expensive face wash and spot cream.

I bought a tub 6 years ago and have been using it for loads of stuff for ages. I bought the 400g tub and it still has about a quarter left! Amazing value for money. Great for spots pimples and cuts!
I suffer with rosace and lots of blotches I started using this as I thought if this reduces swelling and is antiseptic then what there to loose. I put it on leave it on until it absorbs and my skin looks so much better. I only started googling it after I realised it want a fluke and here we are amongst many others who feel the same. Yey

I know this will shock y'all but it is great for contact dermatitis. I had a bad case from allergy to micosporen tape. I couldn't apply the hydrocortisone cream as it was so blistered and itches like mad. This was a like saviour ❤

I’m also dealing with contact dermatitis a very harsh one. I used a moisturizer that badly damaged my skin and I made it all much worse by plucking hairs on my irritated skin on my cheeks which made the redness much worse on my cheeks 😔 6 weeks now and still not healed
I’ve tried cortisone but it didn’t help too much, it reduced the redness a little bit but gave me some side effects.

So Sudocrem is a DRYING antiseptic cream. Therefore, it’s perfect for shrivelling up spots and controlling excess oil (when occasionally used as a face mask). I’ve used it to control my acne for years! ... but DO NOT USE IT ON TATTOOS!!! It will dry them out, causing fading/discolouration! Bapanthan is the suggested aftercare treatment for a reason! Its a MOISTURISING antiseptic cream.

this product is truly amazing, I had bad stubborn acne for 2-3 years now and pimples every week, and I developed acne scars all over my face, I couldn't go out in public without being shamed or wearing a mask and cap to cover it! I used this for 2 consecutive weeks and it already has done WONDERS. I have very oily skin, and I have used all kinds of cleansers but they have done nothing at all to benefit me, it only made my skin more oily minutes after using it, sudo cream got rid of many of my acne scars, and I used this overnight and slept with it on my face, and washed it off with a cleanser, and it left my skin SO soft and oil free, and many of my acne scars were gone and my active acne and pimples reduced in size by a lot.
My advice is that you lather sudo cream on your face, like a face mask at night and sleep with it overnight and the next morning, cleanse it off with a foam cleanser !! Foam cleansers help a lot with acne prone skin and oily skin.
BUT be cautious, because you should not wear this out in the sun, it will damage and severely burn and irritate your skin, it will make things WAY worse. Which is why I recommend you use it at night ! And when you go out in public, use sunscreen !!
Always use sunscreen daily. Anyways, if you are also dealing with hyperpigmentation, I recommend you use a tumeric face mask, or tumeric cleanser. It helps a lot, and did wonders for me. It also leaves your skin shiny and oil free.
This is what has helped me personally, and I recommend you search about this, because what works for my skin type might not work for you, in fact it might make it worse, so research or contact a dermatologist, I am not a professional!

6 weeks ago I used a moisturizer which badly damaged my skin on my cheeks. I’ve made it worse by plucking hairs there while the skin was irritated which worsened the redness significantly. It hasn’t healed even after using steroid creams for 7 days. It did reduce it a little bit but also gave me side effects so I stopped.
Would you recommend me to use this against redness ?

I was going to spend alottttt of money on online skin products because of my acne and how awful it makes me feel especially because I’m in that teenager phase but I’m going to go and try that and come back if any improvements happen
It also reduces spots on face I’m really happy I found this thing using it since a week and my spots have become much more lighter and some have disappeared.

If you have an oily skin like me do use a good face wash before applying this cream I use Garnier acno fight.

I just Put the Sudecream on my Face i’ll édit this in the morning and say my results :)
Edit- It came off in my sleep so i’d suggest putting a towel Over your pillow so in the morning i put it on in the morning for 2 hours and it cleared most of the redness then some of the tiny spots disappeared

I dropped pizza on my face which left a huge scab on my chin which I was really self conscious about people looking, it was healing really slow until I used sudocrem which sped the process up so it only too around 3 days more.

What cleanser you used?! Should I wash my face a warm water before applying sudocrem?!

I have oily dehydrated skin. I have used a lot of harsh products. I don’t really know what to put on my face. Do you think it may work? I have like white flakes on my skin each morning it’s embarrassing .

Tried it for a night. Not work. Am going to limit my tea coffee to few cups a week instead of a few a day. Drink more water. Start doing exercise see if that helps..

Hey Hun thank you for sharing I’ve got mine today I have got a really bad acne rosacea blemishes and bumps on my face recently they’ve gone worse and I’m going to try this for at least a week how long do you think I should try this for to make a difference

Also a product called azalaic acid is good.
I use sudo cream at bed time too.
I will say though the expiry date is on the tub. It looks like a mini tub and will say 12m or 36m ect I had mone 2 mo ths past expiry and wondered why it was itchy it was off. Worth a check
