We got the chance to go in Niagara On The Lake together with our couple neighbor friends and I was amazed of how smart they are in catching Smelts...

We live in North York . I clean the Smelt fish by taking off the head together with the intestines without cutting the stomach..I also have videos how to do it and how I cooked it.Thanks so much!

very nice video,so many ppl though its like a community , wow big ones at 5:00 ,what is month for catching them march to may? and is there specific time that is best? so was this at queenston docks or other part of river?
Hi!During the time we went there!It was really a lot of catch.Was like the whole month of April and the best time to catch is around 4pm onwards...Better bring lights.Smelt fish will be following the light if you have one bright lighting.Enjoy fishing!Thanks for coming here though!
