    Watching hornets engage JU-88’s with 20mm was probably my favorite part. Good video cap!

    I do hope that you guys will some day soon do the pearl harbor mission rather than just re-creating the movie events.
    Very nice landing by that F-16 flight of 4. very professional looking.

    Good stuff but really.. how could the truck at 45:05 survive that blast? DCS should rework their blast radius on bombs.

    I have a question, and maybe it was answered before ....But, if the scenario is Cap and the Beautiful Boys traveled back in time to WW2, how are they using JDAMS without the GPS satellite network?

      Aren't they INS and GPS guided thus would work just on their ins and be slightly less accurate but should still work. GPS is relatively easy to jam so in a conflict the weapons need to not rely entirely on it

      @@c.g.262 Most reliable source ever (Wikipedia) says both gps/ins and that makes the most sense. GPS isn't great for high speeds, multiple aspect and rapid getting of position but it keeps the ins updated like in most modern jets

    How about fighting the Battles of Monte Cassino using warbirds and WWII tanks?

    Why westerners say africa and not Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia, some of those countries are older than most European countries.

    • @Chrischi4598
      @Chrischi4598 Před 2 lety +1

      Well we mostly say North Africa or Magreb. We know about the socio and political differences of the North of Africa, that are huge compared to Subsahara Africa. Yet geographically speaking, it’s not wrong.

      12,000 years ago when Europe was covered in ice age glaciers Africa was green. The desert was cooler and growing so the people of the North were all living there.

    Hi Cap, I noticed that the s-200 is very easy to avoid once the solid rocket fuel runs out. In the Hornet, if you make hard turns the SAM will run out of energy when it's at a high altitude. This does not work when it's in its terminal phase. I don't know if this is a bug.
