If I have 8 C on evap, and charge is correct, fan is correct that means that maybe valve is not opening full to have maximum load ? What is max load in your case of compressor ?
@@Juzu841 I see that my pressure is about 10 bars and outside temp is 29, so should be much more, compressor load is 6nm, and 0.81 A is consuming current, which is max, so, maybe can be that valve is stuck and can not open to work on maximum, since fan load is about 19%

Depends also what is outside temperature and compressor duty cycle and condition of condenser.
