You know what we need in a future dlc? A PLASMA clawstrider, probably being the toughest variant or all of them, i imagine it being around level 25. It would be like a mini slaughterspine, that would be dope.
That would be awesome! It could have the same kind of plasma beam breath like the Slaughterspine too!
I prefer a Ice clawstrider will be just perfect to counter even better more machines...
I love how different the varients of the clawstrider are, they could honestly told me that the normal clawstrider and the elemental ones were different machines with a similar chassis and I would have believed them
I remember watching one of these clawstriders fight a slitherfang, and it actually WON! It was like watching David and Goliath. You can't underestimate these little guys.
Then again, that's what every battle feels like when you play as Aloy.
Exactly! Overriden elemental Clawstriders can HANDLE a Slitherfang on their very own. It’s pretty impressive!
WHAT I can easily kill clawstrider but then in the mission "the kulrut" (or however u spell it) it took me like 20 try's

Agreed! After beating the game a few times and riding the sunwing everywhere, it’s nice sometimes to slow down and take in the beautiful environment

theres a vid of a fire clawstrider soloing a slitherfang and won.
the aloy player was just watching the fight up in the air riding the sunwing mount in order to not distract the slitherfang.

A fact about clawstriders it’s the first combat mount what you can ride and can deal great damage but unfortunately is painfully slow

Ikr is funny i was sad for been that slow but is the best mount to fight other machines i been against 2 Frostclaws on Very hard and my strider took dawn one for himself....
Actually, most larger raptors (Utahraptor, Achillobator, and the like) weren't all that fast!

4 days ago I bought the horizon forbidden west and I put a lot of effort and preparation into making the IOTA cauldron and setting up my killer combat bird, and I can say that it was easier for me than my first cauldron in this game or in zero dawn, right now I'm riding a fire Clawstrider and I feel like a ghost rider.........I LOVE HIM!!!!...I even called him ignis.

There is unmarked clawstrider site in north of Rebel outpost shining waste north, west of scalding Spears its near the horus where you pick the powercell using sunwing

I think Gorilla games should add a frost clawstrider in the DLC ( if Gorilla games is making one) and as Jorraptor said an adhisef clawstrider and as Jason sfks said a plasma clawstrider and one more elemental clawstrider I think they should add is a purgewater clawstrider

Elmental clawstirder can be enconter the fire clawstirder and acid clawstirder
They have a lot of variants
Some how the fire claw striders we’re casing the brittle affect.
I dont have game yet, but i think i have alot fun make jurasic Park and jurasic world battles in horizon forbidden west

My favorit is the fire clavestrider
I firmly believe that most machines with elements should have a variant for all the elements
Love this one the worst mount on the game but also best mate to fight other machines on very hard can be very usefull 2 of them can take down even a Tremortusk or Frostclaws very easy....
Very useful on higher difficulties!
How do you use it in combat. Is it better to fight mounted and use its attacks that way or to dismount and have it fight on its own?
@@scelonferdi Well if is against medium or small machines i let him fight alone, when you have upgrade at max the machine tree the mount can beat very easy even apexs variants, i use the Fire or Acid variant so they can handle pretty much everything but biggers machines.
If is against bigger machines i always atack first so the big one focus only on me so then i call my raptor so he can atack with low risk to get killed on the fight.

Theres three elemental clawstirders acid clawstirders and the fire clawstirders but two of them are apex veritable

Im curently at the last stary mission of the game but im a 100 %completinist so i do every thing els first also upgrating every wepond/outfit and have problems finding legendery item green shin
A good place to look is on top of the higher cliff peaks and mountain peaks!

I didn’t like this Mount. You’d think it would be one of the fastest given the way it looks. Sprinting on foot is the same speed.
