Glad you're getting your colonoscopy done Chris bc you're right, colon cancer is preventable. I actually hear that colon cancer is appearing earlier now than before, advising that people should start getting colonoscopys done in your 30's.

I have had several Colonoscopies in my 20s. I was allergic to the prep, Golightly, it is horrendous. My whole family is in medicine, so my mother called the Dr. and informed him of a different prep. The prep includes the following: 4 ducolax tablets, 8 oz. Citrate magnesium, and 2 Fleets enemas. The first Colonoscopy, because I was able to get a full glass of the Golightly down before hurling all up, I was vomiting and having diarrhea at same time all night. Thank God my test was first thing in the morning. My RN grandma took me and insisted on being in the room. I came out of recovery fine. Went to get up to leave and fainted. I've used this prep 3 times and it works great. I hope this helps and good luck. Prayers to you and yours.😊❤

Bro get it in the morning because you’re gonna be forced to drink like a gallon of this liquid and fast and that’s the absolute roughest part lol. Why not make your sleep part of the fast. I got it done a few months ago and that worked the best, at least for me.

Dude, my dad died of colon cancer. So I started at 50 making colonoscopies. I'm 57 and have done 6 so far. Not such a big deal, and I know for certain I will not have colon cancer. Cheer up, Chris. It will be fine. Regards from Madrid Spain.
Chris we literally have all the same medical issues. Have back probz, mad tmj dysfunction and sinus probz aaand todays topic too. Been on that Gabapentin brain fog buzz, literally all the same shit. My lifes been overshadowed by those things at times and you are always there just magically experiencing the same 'orrible things, but make it fucking funny and it really has helped me for years on top of your one of a kind baby leadership. My jaw and bod hurt eeeyes! But you make it all good dude.
