    I got a new job almost a year ago with your book and your #1 question to ask, plus all the other interview tips but I still love watching your videos since you're so motivating. I wish more people watched your channel Andy. There is so much terrible advice out there so I'm so glad I found your channel!

    @andylacivita I followed up with the woman & asked if she could give me the HR contact. She said she would but that information wasn't available to her on the posting. I look up who is the director or head of talent and follow up.
    Yes and it's all about mindset and focusing on what I can control!
