Future Metro C Line Extension Torrance Transit Center Drone Update

Construction for the long-delayed Torrance Transit Center now appears complete. The project proposal includes a new transit hub that will serve as the western terminus of Metro’s C (Green) Line. It will eventually connect to the Metro rail network through a planned extension of the C Line from its current terminus in Redondo Beach.

The metro is extending to it. You have to put projects like this where land is available and it can link to metro lines.

@@ES-hr6vg The concern is that the only ridership it'll generate is the people who work close by. There's no residential or retail that would make this a destination and it's not very walkable..

Del Amo Mall had a transit center but it was closed due to mall construction in 2005-06. It was particularly located on Fashion Way where the AMC parking garage is currently located. I have Google Earth and I know the exact location.
