Kalindi Khal pass is ranked as one of the most challenging treks in India right now. The trek connects Gangotri to Badrinath, both of which are considered as one of the holiest pilgrimage locations of Uttarakhand ensues a spiritual aspect at the beginning and finishing of the trek. The journey across Kalindi Khal pass takes you from the banks of the river Bhagirathi to Alaknanda both which meet at Devprayag to form the river Ganga. This rich and abundant beauty hidden in the Garhwal Himalayas presents an array of landscapes and terrain taking you through thick forests of birch and oak into open grasslands and wide glacial fields and finally taking you to a whooping altitude of 5950 meters. This trek requires a lot of physical and mental fitness along with experience of trekking in the Himalayas.

Kalindi pass, or Kalindi khal is a high altitude mountain pass connecting Gangotri and Ghastoli. It is situated at 5,942 metres (19,495 ft) elevation and is arguably one of the toughest treks of the Garhwal Himalayas.

we always tell them to avoid smoking during the trek because it effects your stamina and breathing. But its upto every individual’s choice, some peoples have the addiction of nicotine, if someone don’t feel any side effects on their health then they smoke, There is no hard and fast rule on smoking up there. Like most of the professionals smokes.

Let me correct you, Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet at Devprayag (and not at Rudraprayag as mentioned by you in this video) to form Ganga. Devprayag is the 5th prayag from Badrinath and the first from Rishikesh side. At Rudraprayag the fourth prayag is the confluence of Mandakani (coming from Kedarnath) and Alaknanda (coming from Badrinath)

Yeah, he was celebrating by lighting up the ciggi 😁, yes its possible to climb it the reverse way, we already did it from both the sides

Man Sorry to say its quite lower quality than first video watch of Gangotri - Kedar Track. Problem is background music is runing to loud and ruining natural sounds. watching experince, Audio is quite low and not clear.

This batch was in September, normally the best window for this trek is May-June and September, but unfortunately this time we got bad weather from the Kalindi Base camp.but we managed and completed successfully 🤟

Your subtitles should last at least 10 seconds to read. Now they last hardly 1 or 2 second. Wherever mountainsdo appear, please put arrow mark and name the mountain. Distance, altitude gain, map, time taken displays should last 10-20 seconds depending on the length of information. Please provide subtitles in English to reach south India audience

This one is the only full video, i think you are talking about last part of the video. Actually this trek ends at Ghastoli where ITBP checkpost is there, because of security reasons i didn't shoot that end part .from ITBBP post we usually take lifts in army trucks to reach Badrinath. Ghastoli is 20 km far from Badrinath towards china border.
