Am I high, or did Whelen SERIOUSLY slow down the Wail and Yelp tones?? And my second question is.........How come their so slow?

They slew it down because it’s a dual tone siren
1.25 speed makes it sound normal
Whelen needs to bring back the Wail/Yelp from the 295HF series sirens back again.
Chace Swinson put it on 1.25 speed they sound like normal siren wail or Yelp
Wait they don’t sell those tones anymore?
Whether you like the way these tones sound or not I can tell you from personal experience the wail and Yelp tones on this are louder from a distance than standard whelen tones.

Then what you want is a whelen gamma or epsilon.

none of them appeal to me they need to be lower pitched like the cencom gold
