Hello mark, been watching vids and it's really helped me sort my Speedfight 2 50cc, I bought a new carb 12mm replacement and a new Leo vince TT exhaust ( de restricted ). Problem I have is half way through the rev range, with the bike on stands it bogs and then clears, then revs clean to the top. Where it does bog there is excessive oil smoke, any ideas..
was running ok before carb ? Did you use the old jets in the new carb as it would have been set up to run New Chinese carbs can mess around Ait mix screw all the way in Sounds like bogging then too much 2t getting in Are your ring ok

I fuelled up with E10 on the typhoon sunday. I should of realised, as half of the ten pumps with unleaded were out of order. It's not been running right. It sounds totally different. Coincidence? I think not.
I got a Peugeot speed fight 2 100cc and wAs riding it then cut out and didn’t start back up but turns over fast checks for spark and tried easy start What would you recommend to check next

My Aprilia 2020 GP rep says E5 and E10 next to the filler cap. I've been putting 99 Ron Tesco super in lately. Can't tell any diiference. Are my pipes all made of that zylon stuff. Anything to worry about? It's still the Hyper-2 engine. p.s I shared this everywhere Mark :)
Hi Mark, iv got a 2016 aprilia sr50 factory, my bike takes off relatively slow but accelerates decently up to 40mph from 20mph if on a flat. On hills however it struggles doing 30mph. If i wanted to give it a bit more ooomppph when taking off/ on hills as well as making it quieter sounding overall, what would you recommend? Your videos have helped a lot with learning so im assuming maybe check the air filter and change for some lighter rollers but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
defo rollers but so go for 6g as all in happy, check your clutch is ok and the belt as this may also be a problem exhaust yes this can be a problem like in my videos way to much getting out so see if you can re wod it or change it bud as this will help for pull away too take care bud
@@F0zzybe3ar My rollers came with my Leo Vince TT pipe. It also came with clutch springs which I didn't fit as that isn't too good in traffic. You definitely need an aftermarket pipe with the rollers. I think most pipes come restricted too so ask the shop to remove the washer. Pedparts UK do it for £8. Sorry I've just looked and it says the rollers are 4.3g. Apologies if you know this already but the washer need removing from the variator as well.
@@Antidoton I literally just got my sports exhaust today. 6gram rollers to start with , new belt and variator fan. My mate removed the restrictor on carbarator but it started bogging a little before. He's doing me the variator tonight too (I havnt got the tools to do it myself yet
I must thank you Mark, I probably wouldn't have noticed the E10 stickers at Tesco, says it starts 1st September, err is it E10 now then or what? Put super in the R6 and I'm just gonna do that.
e10 is a right killer had my scooter sitting for a month and its killed the fuel petcock valve all ready what was only on there for that month as well :/ that has to be one of the best speedfight 2's still going how clean it still is

Hi mark ive been trying to contact you, I’m in need of your help desperately, my starter motor in my 2017 Apache won’t stop trying to start the bike even with no keys in it. Any ideas where the fault is?
Electric fault , take a look at the pinch point under the steering, take apart push button , check over all electrics and wires bud Even poss melted loom All in not good but maybe a easy find ! Then again sorry to say it won't be Get a volt meter and test but don't let it keep spinning bud

well keep an eye out for it bud, it's funny as they have announced it in use for sep1st but i've seen it in garages here since july1st they are also now saying it will cause damage and its down to you !!! lets wait till march when all the kids and classic try and start up after the fuel being left in the tanks !!! not good bud

that's always the hard part bud and what costs , maybe try a few manufactories to see if they can make or have one

no bud if it says E10 it will run fine , just if your going to not use it for a while drain it out of the tank and carb

I put 4.5g in mine. Takes off fast but tops out at 50.

It's already started at Tesco check the pump filler. Unleaded E10, Super E5
