I had a discussion with 10+ different dermatologists in chennai and pondy . I dont know why they all are common in saying that dont use Retinoids.
But most of the online dermatologists are suggesting Retinoids.

Adapalene works wonder on acne prone skin. It's best for beginners to starts with actives.
Retinoid is something stronger than adapalene.

Use Sun screen and moisturizer. But retinol may create little darker skin but it will get better after some time. The secret here is to use retinol for atleast 3 months to see actual results
