KINEMATICS | Delta-type 4-axis parallel robot (This is not CGI)

- Delta robot is probably the most common and well-known type of parallel robots found in today's industry. It is difficult to find an alternative among other manipulators when we talk about speed. Indeed, delta robots are known for their high speed and ability to reach extreme accelerations due to the fact that all the heavy components of the robot (motors, guides, gearboxes) are fixed, while the motion is transmitted to the mobile platform through the lightweight struts. There are hundreds of different technical implementations of delta robot design including four, five or even six-axis options. One such option is shown in this video.

Please do a video on the kinematic model I assume you make and how you drive those steppers so well! Love lighting makes it look like a render
Welcome to the future of Lego
very awesome! would love to see how the kinematics and movements are integrated into the control program.
Thank you! I use a G-Code that contains all the trajectories taking into account the kinematic structure. And Mach3 software to control all this thing. It's just a quick solution for prototyping.
@@OleksandrStepanenko thank you for your response. What do you use to generate your gcode that takes into consideration your kinematics? Does the g code out put with xyzabc coordinates such that grbl with a universal sender or mach3 can understand? I am having trouble doing trajectories for non-cartesian kinematics. Ie a 3 DOF quasi-serial style arm.
Is there a public repo where I can look at the code?
this is really just a dancing spider with a funky head
Make a tutorial on lighting and shooting of your videos, love the shoot, I got to know only after reading the title"THIS IS NOT CGI"
Thanks for your feedback! czcams.com/video/Z5bWWMijjRY/video.html
Прелесть! БлагоДарю! :-)
Спасибо!
Hello Oleksanrldr
Great work. By the way what happens on the platform motion if the joints in each limb are RPS type?
Many thanks
Thanks! If you replace each limb with RPS structure (revolute, prismatic, spherical), then this particular robot will have only 2 degrees of freedom (translation along z and rotation around x).
Охуенно снято!
Трансмиссия звеньев - ШВП? Еще и выглядит все стильно. Кубики!
Please show us your recording setup! its great!
это делали еще в середине девяностых светомузыкальные приборы с помощью DMX программирования ,вот если бы это выполняли например дроны в воздухе ..
Where can we buy the railings part which has the golden cubes mounted on them?
It would be great if we could hear the sound of the motors instead.

Does this count as a Stewart Platform? Thanks
No, here is the Stewart Platform: czcams.com/video/xiECumcaEx0/video.html
@@OleksandrStepanenko but this also has 6DOF and the top of it can be replaced by a simple platform. Why can this not be called that?
@@ZZZxRv This one is 4DOF (3 translations and 1 rotation).
@@OleksandrStepanenko can I contact you from Instagram? I have a research about Stewart Platforms and I am in need of help. Thank you.
Are these simulation ?
No, it's a video. Please see my Instagram for some Behind the Scenes pictures: instagram.com/olekstepanenko/
Nice cgi animation
This is not CGI.
Youre just trying arent you?
Trying to hide the fact that you are to inkompetent to actualy make this techology
😅🤣

Did you try making this version of 3-PRS manipulator ? czcams.com/video/2id-CRjCiCI/video.html
Yes czcams.com/video/6pfnKuKy6Lg/video.html
what is CGI?
