    Any chance Vapi could soon let us create with flow builder similar to Air AI?

    One more question, I know you've been using MAKE and it's fantastic, but is it possible to do this same process within the N8N tool (make's competitor)?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  Před měsícem +1

      Yes of course. You can use mostly any kind of automation service to achieve this.

      @@jannismoore Is it possible for you to make a video with this same content for the N8N? Your explanations are very good and effective, if you could it would be very interesting, and thank you for the videos.

    Thank you for the video professor, I would like to know if there is a way to use WhatsApp to receive the call as a direct channel on VAPI. And will he be able to provide the service and go through this funnel that you presented to us?

      Vapi does't integrate with WhatsApp right out of the box. To be fair, I'm not even sure if WhatsApp allows direct streaming of phone calls to a telephony server or something similar.
      As of now I'd have to say that this isn't possible with Vapi out of the box.

    Hello, Jannis. Great video!
    What should we do if we want to set up an inbound call center with different phone numbers? For example, managing calls for various companies and then forwarding the calls?
    Thanks in advance.

      @jannismoore  Před měsícem +1

      Hey! There are tons of ways how you do that. You probably should consider first how you want to manage those clients. We often see GoHighLevel being used, but any other works well too.
      Once you know that, you can start looking into what data you want to track, as well as which KPIs.

    Make now has a outbound Vapi integration

    So if you use the same number too many times to make outbound calls they will ban you? So what's the point if the goal is to make calls

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  Před 27 dny

      You can always increase it, but for security reasons you have rate limits on some things. I've experiences that with Twilio. Also, you need to make sure to comply with local DND lists so you don't call people who don't want to be called.
      In the end you can still manage to get a massive setup going if you have the right purpose and permissions without running into limitations.
      Anyways, I always recommend having more than one number when running greater outbound campaings.

    Didn’t the government made strict rule against AI callers for outbound and only Ai should be able to call if a person walks in himself to the companies terms

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  Před 9 dny

      Regulations differ greatly, but yes, you generally do want some consent or interaction beforehand

    Hey Jannis I have a client for Appointment Setter AI calling system and I don't understand. How much should I charge him? For 6000 minutes in Indian currency 99,000 thousand.
    The estimated cost for the software is this much $1,189, so how much should I charge?
    And you can tell me. For example, if a client needs 1000 minutes, then how much amount should I charge him. Can you give me a pricing table, price grid or an idea that if a client wants to get something done through AI calling service, then charge this much for this many minutes and tell me the real numbers. According to the price prevailing in the market, so that I can pitch to any client with this clarity in the future. This much will be my charge for this many minutes + software amount!
    Software Vapi ai, estimated per min cost is $0.20 for multilingual languages

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  Před 27 dny

      I can't tell you how much you can charge for it as this requires a lot of digging to get it right, but I can tell you what we do. We offer Tiered packages that are optimized for our specific offer. I suggest you to work out at least two as well (one entry tier and one with additional features).
