I need help in fixing issue where in second scenario the Webhook terminates as soon as Voice agent collects "Name" value. Function is not able to stay active to collect other parameters.       Hey Rahul, I suggest to do a trial run within the make.com scenario by running it manually. You will then see a little bubble at the top right of the module that breaks. If you click on it, you will see more details about the errors that are happening.

      No, you can have multiple assistants per account. You can simply set up a filter within the Make.com Webhook trigger module where you check against the ID of the phone number that you want to allow through

      In the next continuation of this video would it be possible to now have a VAPI request coming in to check calendar availability between a choice of 2 different calendars within the given GHL setup. And then upon the final confirmation from the caller books an appointment while saving contact information and precall qualification questions within GHL. This will complete a given intake and appointment setter scenario from start to end.

    Hey Jannis, I am trying to build an inbound agent and want to figure out how to only use the Vapi agent for missed calls. Is this done through Twilio? I am also interested tying my client's existing phone number to the phone agent. I believe you can import existing phone numbers into Twilio. Have you done something like this before? The whole Twilio phone number configuration process is kind of confusing to me. Maybe you can make a video on this topic? Thanks :D

      We haven't imported any phone numbers yet, but I guess it's possible. Most of our client use their own SIP trunk to go beyond Twilio for simplicity. When you want an assistant to recognize missed calls, you probably need to track them somewhere and then call them if they weren't taken. An alternative would be to transfer the call in case you don't pick up.

      It always depends on your volume and chosen service provider. I dont think you can connect Skype at this point.

      So you're missing the part of updating the user info. While that works theoretically by analyzing the call transcript, it's not really reliable. Based on my Voice Assistants I'm mostly Janice and not Jannis. Better collect the information via a form send by SMS

    is there a way that you could develop a workflow that will include A set up where a customer would enter information on a form on your website, and then AI will automatically scrape the Internet for more information on that user or business and then customize a call with Vapi back to the customer to offer them a service or provide more information and even send them an email if they choose to receive one And that the AI will update that customer information profile for future calls and even including security information to verify their identity And can even set up callback times with the customer and automatically schedule that callback and follow up with them

    really awesome video My question is what is the difference between your static cold caller assistant that gets dynamic data from make scenario and the transient assistant that you created on this video.

      Static = It's only in the dashboard Dynaic = You create the assistant on the fly for each inbound/outbound call

    Hi Jannis. Great build! However, I'm having an issue when running the automation; I get a "403: PERMISSION_DENIED - The caller does not have permission" message. I've checked the last http module and do not see what the error is. Any insight in this particular error? It looks like the second to the last module (Sheet) is red.

      I'd probably look if the Sheet ID within the last module matches with the Google Sheet ID that you've copied

      It really depends on what they're looking for. Often it's project based but we also have certain maintenance plans. Bigger projects usually have a completely custom approach.

    Greetings dear Janis, a question: Since Twilio is zone limited in the numbers they give ( for example, there is not a number I can use for Spain) Then can I configure Vapi for making the calls from a phone of Spain Specifically for example?
