    ROBO calls are banned by the government. AI calls fall under the same category. How are you planning to circumvent that?

      What you are referring to are outbound calls. If people either 1. Call your company line, or 2. OPT in from receiving a call from you(this could be from ads, etc.), this is completely legal. In fact most companies actually use this when you're calling in, to identify which people at their company they need to put you in touch with.
      But for outbound/cold... meaning calling people who have not asked you to call them, is banned. (for the better in my opinion)

      I believe inbound calls will never be an issue. End users take their own desicions in calling that number which they most likely have a reference to (As otherwise they won't call in the first place).
      Furthermore, this is something that's already used since years with traditional phone hotlines. The only difference to now is that it becomes more conversational and dynamic so you don't have to listen for a minute to their full phone menu.

      This is for inbound/Customer service, not outbound/sales

      outbound only applies to residential, not businesses
