I’ve attached a simagic haptic motor to my gear shaft to simulate RPMS and gear shifts. It feels absolutely great for truck sim.

Mine arrived last week alongside everything else that came with the order. I strongly considered the VNM Rally Handbrake, but the idea of a hydraulic handbrake nuked that option entirely.

I have this handbrake since Xmas! Loving it and it’s definitely the best handbrake I’ve used so far!! I had the haptic motor but moved it to my brake pedal on my p1000 pedals
Yep it’s a lot better on the pedals. I agree, It’s a good handbrake!
Yes I plan on getting one more motor for my gas pedal. Not worried about one on the clutch or handbrake so much.

It’s for review. I don’t have a daily but I would GLADLY use the La Prima every single day. I would buy the forte wheel rims though :)
@@LaurenceDusoswa gotcha, was just curious, I was going back and forth between Simagic and Asetek and despite software which I know is improving you seemed to have high praise for Simagic. I finally pulled the trigger with the Simagic Alpha U, I’m guessing you can’t go wrong with either.

One thing I'm not quite clear about - so do you use the manufacturer's software combined with SimHub? Or do you just use one?
I only use the Simagic software to calibrate. I use Simhub only for the haptic feedback as it has more to offer than simagic’s software

Well if he's had my experience, then installing content manager will be the last time AC will actually launch until content manager has been uninstalled and AC has been completely wiped and re-downloaded.
Shader is on but I didn’t do the rest since my new pc build this month

Do you still use your wind simulator or the novelty wear off ?
It was very noisy and required extra software. I’d probably just run a simple quiet fan that I could map a button to in simhub

I know you're used to iRacing but geez.. AC this way makes my eyes bleed and reminds me of TestDrive, the DOS version that is. If you need some decent filters, give me a shout.

Love you laurence but you made a mistake brother , its not even close to being the most expensive handbrake on the market .
Simcoache’s handbrake is 750 € and im sure there a niche product thats even more expensive than that
It’s the most expensive mainstream version. There are more expensive versions of everything if you go to small manufacturers or custom. I wanted to emphasise that this is an expensive unit :) it’s not necessarily a mistake ;)
Self-inflicted issues, just mount your shifter and handbrake where they belong, on the right, it's right there in the name, the right side is the right side 🤪
