Thanks for the video! How is the xmeye app holding up for the phone? Does viewing more than one camera at a time take a while to load on 4g network or home network? Any time snyc issues? I may be buying 8 cans with nvr. Best Regards, Jay

check your internet router settings
You must configer ip and port in router

bahi mery pass dahua ka dvr hai magar eska softwer company k softwer se bilkul change ha. market se maloom howa k ye orignal dvr nahi hai balky ye china ka hai or 2 number dahua dvr hai.

Janab mere pas xmeye ka dvr jismay 1tb ki HarD disk lagi hai laikin usmay recording save nahi ho rahi hai kya waje hosakti hai
Check your hard drive is it ok ? if hard disk is in perfect condition then check your DVR power supply and change it with 12V ,5Amp
